I called a couple of times and finally got through. The gentleman asked me to send them the logo I wanted printed and he would get back to me with a total. I emailed him the item and did not hear back. I waited a week or so and called again. He said they did not receive it - so I sent the email again and again - I did not hear back. I have since left various voice mails and sent an email - with no response. So I basically wasted 3 weeks - TRYING to deal with this company. They seem extremely unprofessional and I definitely would not be inclined to trust them with my work. Luckily I found another designer that I'm happy with and I will not be dealing with PSP again.

I called around a few other shops and they weren't too familiar with what I needed done (thread repairs on a 3" diameter) but Dustin had that "I'll figure it out, bring it over" attitude which I love.
