They promised the job would be finished by the end of the day, and they actually completed it sooner than promised. I returned in 5 days to pick it up and when the same lady working there saw me she said outloud "oh shit". Well,the bench wasn't only not done but the work hadn't even been started yet. At that point I took it to have done elsewhere. Not only was there no communication but I was lied to about the time line. And the worst thing is telling me the project was started when it wasn't. They made some great recommendations and explained the different materials and what would look good and last the longest. I was even able to get seat heaters added! If you've ever had seat heaters you know they're so nice to have in the winter. The end result was even better than I expected. They were even able to recondition the hard surfaces. I'm not sure if they're plastic or rubber or some combo but they look like new! So whatever they did it was perfect! The hardest part now will be making sure my kids don't mess it up.
