If you are a small business that pays to have a service provided in a timely manner and expect it to be delivered as promised when promised than Chile Media is not for you. I paid a pretty significant amount for a logo and branding guide, in the end I feel underwhelmed in what I received. It took about 14 weeks for the final items to be delivered. For the most part, I feel it could have been delivered in less than a month. It was only because I took time to chase down results that it even got finished. Spent your money on fiverr, up work, or another site. You will get better results for a fraction of the price.

Thankfully, I found Double UU, and it was the best decision I could have made. He was able to come out the very next morning and took the time to explain several options without any pressure. Over the next two weeks, he came back multiple times, doing everything he could to safely trap and relocate a Mama and her three teenage raccoons. He was incredibly creative, persistent, and truly cared about solving the problem the right way. Throughout the entire process, he was responsive and upfront about pricing. I especially appreciated that he even offered to provide any information I wanted for my own security and peace of mind before coming into my home. I was so impressed with his work that I've already asked him to give me estimates on repairing my fence and shed. That says a lot about the confidence I have in his workmanship and integrity. I won't hesitate to call him again for future projects.

They imply lacked the creativity needed. Joe really listened, took the time to walk me through my options, and ended up designing the exact pantry I had envisioned. It's now super functional and looks amazing -- every inch of the space is being used the way I hoped it would be. What sets Joe apart is how much pride he takes in his work. He actually did good work for me in the past so I figure I'd try again. I check in with him close to 10 p.m. via email because I have yet to hear from him. The next day he calls me and addresses me by a wrong name, in good spirits I laugh it off and tell him my name (I figure he's busy with plenty of clients). He insists he wants to speak to this other name and I remind him of the design he was working on for me. He then pretends the signal is lost and hangs up. I attempt to call him back and got a voicemail, and when I txt him he responds with "I don't owe you anything." The guy is nuts because it still includes texts from the old work he completed for me yet denies he's working on a design. I am very upset and this is actually my first negative review ever. If anyone wants a copy of the text exchange to certify how unaccountable he is just contact me. He is rude, immature, and you will end up wasting your time.

I contacted this company through Yelp, but was surprised the request went to several junk hauling businesses. However, it's easy to let businesses know through Yelp you no longer need their service. Antonio from Amigos reached out right away and asked for a picture of the recliner we needed removed. The price he quoted was very reasonable and much less than another business I had contacted before his. I agreed right away and he told me the exact time he planned to be at our place for pick up. Antonio even gave me a heads up that he was in 1604 traffic (understandable), which I greatly appreciated. Despite the traffic, him and his sons arrived right on time. I appreciated that his business was a family affair and enjoyed seeing how kindly he was coaching his sons to help remove the chair. Antonio was a consummate professional and incredibly courteous. He brought a regular truck to take the recliner, but said he has much larger trucks available for larger hauls if needed. I am saving Amigos in my phone as a trusted business. I would absolutely use them again to haul off large unneeded items.
