Customer satisfaction and agreed upon contracts are upheld with discrimination, and products offered are often deceptive. Products offered are not often the same brand, or of equal value. After agreed upon purchases, the vendor inadvertently and without notice will breach the contract, then allowing third party's involvement to resolve matters without regard for the customer, at the expense and inconvenience of the customer as well. Owner allows outside entities to dictate business procedures and general public purchases made directly with the business online in an unethical and unprofessional manner, out of alignment with agreed upon purchase contracts and assurances offered to the customer. While still acquiring city and state taxes, the owner refuses clarity, resolution, or proper refund of products not provided. Rather than proper resolution, the owner urges receipt of reimbursement for breach of contract through separate entities, such as the donated funds of a non-profit organization whose donations are intended to support local youth athletes. Funds offered from those entities further exclude tax reimbursement without request, bringing into question misappropriation of funds and deceptive trade practices. I am not the only customer to experience this, as the owner herself volunteered treating multiple other customers with this same level of service. If you're looking for consistent quality products that are as advertised, on time, correct, and without hassle where matters are not left unresolved, consider reviewing local business options in the area first.

The next day he calls me and addresses me by a wrong name, in good spirits I laugh it off and tell him my name (I figure he's busy with plenty of clients). He insists he wants to speak to this other name and I remind him of the design he was working on for me. He then pretends the signal is lost and hangs up. I attempt to call him back and got a voicemail, and when I txt him he responds with "I don't owe you anything." The guy is nuts because it still includes texts from the old work he completed for me yet denies he's working on a design. I am very upset and this is actually my first negative review ever. If anyone wants a copy of the text exchange to certify how unaccountable he is just contact me. He is rude, immature, and you will end up wasting your time.
