This is a very good marketing company. They produce quality products to help promote your business. As an owner of 2 small business I know how important that is. The reason I didn't give them a 5 star review is because of the following, I went in and ordered some very nice, expensive business cards with a 3-5 production days plus shipping time frame, 7-8 working days total. Shortly after I received an email saying they were wrong about the time frame and it would now be 5-7 production days plus shipping, 10 days total at the longest. At that point I expressed the importance of me receiving the cards on time because I had a real estate investment meeting with a lot of potential clients on sept 5th. No big deal, with a 10 day max promise I would still have the cards the day before my meeting, until I received an email stating they wouldn't be ready until the September 5th now, plus 3 days to ship, now a total 14 business days. This was a big inconvenience for me and caused me to miss a meeting that I had high hopes for. I can honestly say I was more disappointed in that than I was mad at the situation. If I didn't have a meeting scheduled it would have been a big deal to wait an extra few days. But that should have never been the case. In the end I decided to cancel my order after my 14 day wait. I was also given 2 different reasons they were late by 2 different people. Other than that, Michelle was very helpful and she tried her best to have them expedite the order for me. I thought she was very professional, courteous and understanding. She tried to work on it until he day of the meeting. She was overly apologetic and I told her I understood it wasn't her fault and I didn't blame her for the mishap one bit. When it came down to my refund, it was issued the very next day. I was very thankful for that and that again expressed to me their professionalism. The owner called me directly to tell me he refunded me. He also told me that he does does big and small jobs and that are all important to him. That was very nice and courteous of him. He told me if I had not cancelled and just waited a few more day I would have been very happy with the card and they were excited because they had never made a card like we were planing before. I'm quite positive I would have loved the cards, but I would have loved them a lot more if I had them when I needed them. My only advise would be to place your order well in advance if you need something by a certain time to avoid this happening to you. Would I go back for my future needs? I wouldn't rule it out. Before hiring Chile Media, I contacted other local printing vendors in the San Antonio area in search of the lowest price. As I waited for a reply, unfortunately, the clock was ticking and I needed the program booklets printed in time for an event on Sunday. I received a reply and sample print of the booklets from another vendor who could meet the deadline. However, after a review of the booklet, I discovered that the quality of the print was lacking. So, I continued to search. On the morning, of Wednesday, January 22, I contacted Chile Media. Professionalism: First, the owner of Chile Media, Abram Alonso, responded to my email inquiry. He was professional and he offered to help. Abram Alonso is an expert in his field with an eye for perfection. Mr. Alonso personally reviewed my layout and upon review, I noted a few errors and, that some of the items were incomplete on my draft. "No worries," Mr. Alonso said, "we can fix it and make your deadline." No-fuss just success, the corrections were made by the technicians and a draft was sent to me for a review as promised. The draft was great and I was of the opinion that all was well, but then I discovered a mistake I made on the page designation. Once again no-fuss just success; Mr. Alonso made the corrections and the program booklets were printed on time. I will not be returning to Chile Media. I had a horrible time trying to get Abram at Chile Media to communicate with me. I suggest not wasting your time. I had a few bad signs when i went in for my first meeting and should have listened to my gut. Abram did not take enough notes. A parcel company was there to pick up anything being shipped out and he was totally unorganized - didn't know if he needed anything to send out. He even told me, "Well it's too close to 4pm to start so, I will probably start tomorrow." It was like 3:30pm!! How unprofessional?!! This guy is the CEO??!! WOW!! I mean think it in your head but, don't tell someone that!! DUH??... STUPID. He got the first design completely wrong for my business cards because he took very little notes and wasn't a good listener. He missed like one of the MOST IMPORTANT DETAILS!! I WANTED TO USE FRONT AAAND,,, BACK. (he had about 5 things written on his note pad) He didn't even put one of the symbols I wanted to use on the cards. IDIOT. And i really wanted to add a third color but, after all the attempts of to get a hold of the guy i just grew tired and settled. I emailed several times and he wouldn't reply. Forget about reaching him by PHONE. GOES TO VOICE MAIL ALL 10 TIMES. Tried calling and getting the secretary to answer. It went to a frick'n voice mail??!!! At 2:30 pm?? WTH?? I started thinking this was some fake place. My husband tried calling and got through once. I tried calling probably 10 times during the whole month ordeal, only once did i get to speak to him.
