As soon as I called and spoke to Janie I realized it was possible. I told her what was going on and she was super understanding.. She immediately tried to accommodate our needs. She said it was possible and asked we take her our shirts ASAP so they could be done in time for the fight. We took her the shirts as well as the design we wanted on a Thursday afternoon, got an email Friday that I had to approve. Since she knew we needed it done asap she even went out of her way to call me to let me know to check my email and approve the design so she could immediately start working on the shirts. Saturday morning my husband picked them up. They came out perfect! He absolutely loved them. Besides the finished product being exactly what we asked for Janie made our experience that much better... She was not like other shirt printing businesses who were rude on the phone.. She was super mellow and down to earth. She was not rude at all and never made me feel stupid for not knowing exactly what kind of stuff I wanted (apparently there's different types of stuff you can get on shirts.. We got a heat transfer I believe?). Once she realized I had no idea she quickly explained the process and the different types of options we had along with the time frames. First of all, this FedEx location is located on the second floor inside the Hyatt Regency hotel. If you take the escalator, they will be on your left side as you go up. Even though this location is much smaller to other FedEx stores, they do have a wide selection of office supplies like envelopes, markers, binders, batteries, you name it! For my printing order I placed the request over email and they were very quick to respond. The items were ready in less than an hour and everything came out great. Overall it was a very seamless experience, and would highly recommend to anyone that is staying in this hotel or around the downtown area.
