Outstanding service!! I ordered a memorial plaque online and it was ready within 2 days! After I took it home, I realized that there was an error on one of the dates and took it back for correction. Sherry was so friendly and helpful and had the correction done the NEXT DAY! And even though I had approved the proof with the incorrect date, Sherry checked my online order record, noted that my original request had the correct date and did NOT charge me for the correction.
