    It's getting worse and worse -- still no refund, and now I'm worried about my business…read moreI'm posting this as an additional update because the situation is getting worse, and I'm still not getting my money back or a clear resolution for my credit. In a WhatsApp chat, after I asked again about returning my money / fixing this issue, the representative did something that made me very uncomfortable. Instead of giving a clear answer, he asked "is this your company page" and sent me two different links/pages to confirm which one belongs to my business. When I replied "No" to the first one, he sent another and asked "this one correct?". I asked directly: "Why you asking?" and his response was: "to identify right data." From my perspective as a customer, this is a serious red flag. My request is simple--resolve my money/credit--so I don't understand why identifying my company page is necessary for that. I already explained that this situation has caused me losses and affected my ability to move forward with my business, so this new behavior only adds to my stress. Because I've already shared a negative review about my experience, this interaction made me feel worried about my business as well. I want to be clear: I cannot confirm his intention, but this is how it felt based on the messages. At this point, I'm again requesting a professional resolution with clear written confirmation and a firm timeline

    Follow-up Review (additional to my previous 30K review)…read more I already posted a review before about my 30K payment where the deal didn't go through, and the company kept the money as credit while ignoring me when I ask for updates. I'm posting again because a new development made me seriously worried. I contacted the staff member who originally handled my deal , and this is what he wrote to me: "I have NOTHING to do with Salvex as they owe me a lot of money for commissions not paid. fyi. I am sorry this has happened, I am not sure about Salvex at this time." And he also wrote: "I really appreciate it and am very hurt that this has happened to several nice, good customers of mine at Salvex, that is why I had to leave, everyone thought it was me keeping there money but the fact was I was not getting paid either." After receiving this message from someone who used to work there and dealt with me directly, I'm now very worried about my 30K credit and whether this situation will ever be resolved properly. I have tried several times to use the credit, but nothing has been completed so far, and the lack of clear communication makes it worse.
