My husband discovered the ReUSe Warehouse accidentally. He was going to the regular recycle drop off place and turned in too early. We pulled in and there are guys working there that told us where to back up to. They then came over and helped pull our cardboard and put it in the bin. Offloading all of that stuff is a HUGE help when you come with a lot. I am not sure how the whole ReUse of the stuff occurs but I hope it gets put to good use.

Equipment install was absolutely terrible, installers were not prepared nor did they even consult the instructions, didn't clean up their mess (wood and metal shavings specifically). Water line was incorrectly installed, ice maker installed improperly. Be prepared to either take delivery with your truck/trailer and install yourself and take a meticulous inventory of your items because of the tail light warranty, nobody will return your call after the sale.

I will never go back. The customer service was awful. They completely ignored me and were snobby and rude when I approached them to ask about some of the tiles. The nicest person was the girl doing some plastering. That behavior may have been acceptable in a River Oaks but most women inside the loop will not shop outside the loop. I wish them luck in their new place but I will be doing my shopping at a place that appreciates the business.
