Was not all that impressed based what was advertised on the ticket. According to the ticket it…read moresaid drinks and food would be available. When we got there we could not find any nor any staff to ask. They should probably state whether the food and drinks are for purchase or complimentary. 2100 club almost makes it sound like food and beverages including alcohol would be available for purchase. As far as the spot itself it was competitive for location to Michigan stadium. Again the problem is what is advertised on the print out ticket. It said VIP parking would be on asphalt, mine was on grass and it took them forever to find me a spot.

North First 101 RV Parking - Detailed Review…read more Short version: Don't do it. It's not worth the hassle or the money for a mile walk to the stadium. I strongly recommend staying at Detroit/ann harbor KOA instead. It's about 25 minutes away, has hookups, and costs roughly 1/6 of the price. North First 101 is not particularly convenient, despite the location. The long version: I can't speak to the other parking options Park N Park provides, but here is a detailed review of North First 101 so you can decide whether it's actually a good fit for your RV and worth the money. First, they don't really tell you where you're going. You're given a rough address, but there are no photos, driving directions, or useful instructions explaining exactly where the RV parking is. The correct way to get there is to go down W. Ann Street and turn onto N. First Street. N. First Street is under construction, and the RV parking is basically right next to the Ann Arbor News building. They should attach a photo to help clarify the location. For $650, providing clear directions and location information should be the absolute bare minimum. We did receive a call the day of our arrival asking what time we would arrive, which was helpful because I was able to ask some additional questions. Check-in is not until 6:00 PM, and you have to arrive before 9:00 PM to meet a parking attendant. And this is where things got extremely frustrating. Taylor, the owner/manager, told us we could bring our tow vehicle, it wasn't a problem. When we arrived, the parking attendant told us we owed an additional $30 for the tow vehicle. I explained that I had specifically confirmed with Taylor that this was allowed. His response was essentially: "He's in the office. I'm on the streets. He doesn't get it." At that point, it was a clear shakedown. We paid the $30 and moved on, but that should absolutely be something you need to know, the attendant was there a total of 5 minutes and didn't monitor anything. Soon as we gave him the money, I was surprise he didn't fall over he was leaving so fast. Not showing where to park, directing logistics or helping with removing unpaid vehicles in our spot. He was GONE. Unpaid vehicles were parking and going all weekend, no attendant was except to collect the QR code and money grab, it was a total bust. Also, did I mention zero trash bins? I'll Let your imagination guess how that went. Now the parking itself: There is no security, and cars were parked all around us that night and the following night. The parking lot is extremely tight. If your RV is over about 35 feet, be prepared to negotiate with your neighbors and carefully maneuver to get positioned. Vehicles were also parked in random spots around us, and we actually had to negotiate with strangers to move their vehicles so we could maneuver our RV. The parking attendant was definitely not there to help with any of this when we arrived. Bottom line This was not an enjoyable RV parking experience. For $650, I expected significantly more organization, communication, maybe some security and convenience. Instead, it felt like a cash grab based almost entirely on proximity to the stadium. Unfortunately, it seems to be the only show if your priority is being able to walk to the game, so I understand care as little as possible. But go into it knowing exactly what you're getting. You're paying $650 for a parking spot in a very tight, unsecured lot with minimal direction and assistance, primarily for the privilege of being roughly a mile from the stadium. (Which is the first time this actually isn't a convince) Other RVs had to wait to leave until other cars left, make no mistake, this place will leave you trapped depending on the rigs and cars around you. If you might need to leave for some emergency or you want to leave early, it's a huge gamble is everyone in front of you wants to leave first. Personally, I would have gladly paid twice the price to go back in time and choose somewhere else. If you're considering North First 101, I'd seriously look at other options first.
