We booked Repticulture to come out for my son's 7th birthday party and it was such an awesome experience! Joe was both entertaining and educational--his passion for reptiles was apparent. He was careful and professional, and he handled each creature with care. He ensured the safety of the children, but also the safety of the reptiles. Joe made sure that even the youngest kiddos felt comfortable and engaged (we had children ranging from 3 years old to 11 years old at the party). They showed up on time and were well organized. My son specifically asked that a particular amphibian be present, and even tho they specialize in reptiles, Joe made it happen! So awesome! I bought 2 adult female Ball Pythons from Repti Culture in '21, and I didn't bother sexing them, since they seemed "reputable"! When I went to pair them I realized I was ripped off and they were both male! I tried talking to a couple people at a recent show about it, and I was told the guy who sold them to me no longer works with them and the whole thing was just shrugged off like no big deal!! There was no attempt at righting the wrong that was done by someone who was clearly representing their company! Who knows what other shenanigans go on behind the scenes! I for one do not trust Repti Culture and caution others as well! read more

The people are SO nice and welcoming! I got onto a waiting list for a peters banded skink and they were able to find one- and relatively fast. I love their welcoming piggie Hamlet so much, he's very cute. They have everything I could need for a reptile of any kind. I recently went in with a friend - we were redoing her crestie tank- and found everything we needed. 10/10, it's clean and friendly. I love going! read more

Amazing. I found this store from a FB group because i needed help with my ball python enclosure. Looked up the address and headed over. The store is absolutely beautiful. The enclosures she designs look like amazing works of art. I totally forget there is a reptile inside. The lights and plants make you forget about the pet. The owner was extremely knowledgeable and was very helpful. I was very nervous because I knew little about the enclosure I had for my ball python. However, after she answered my questions. I am completely satisfied with everything I bought. It was easy to set everything up that i needed because the owner knows her sh*t. If you have a reptile, look no further. Don't pay attention to the distance, I don't live in the area, it's worth the visit. I have a closer place for feeders. But I prefer doing business here. The experience made me happy to support a small business that really had everything you need. If she doesn't, take her opinion. It's worth it's weight in gold. Besides looking at the enclosures in the storm gave me so many ideas. I can't wait to go back! read more

All the bioacive supplies you need for beautiful tanks , amazing displays , animals for sale , snakes , geckos , frogs , lizards , they have it. SNAKE BUYERS BEWARE. so i met them and found out about them from a reptile convention. needless to say, i really hope they never go near one again. i bought a snake from them that they claimed was approx 3 years old. i was like cool no worries. they told me his health was pretty good and that he just needed to gain a little weight which is understandable. i met with a snake vet tech who told me that he was actually 5-6 years old and slightly under weight. i'm not too upset about it as who can really tell the age, not like these people are breeders.. right? anyway, i tried to call the place and was forwarded to voicemail so i dmed their instagram. finally got a response saying i was wrong and blah blah. which is hilarious. i also got a call back around the same time and the lady was horrid. she barely let me get a word in before telling me "all sales are final, no refund" which i didn't want one anyway. no way in the world am i bringing this poor creature back to them. she said i was telling stories and to "BRING THE VET REPORT BRING THE VET REPORT". which if she would have let me talk, i would have said it's really not that serious, just wanted to give y'all a heads up before you decide to sell snakes you know nothing about. ended the call with her and got long walls of texts from their instagram basically saying i was wrong and that i'm uneducated and that i know nothing. which seemed a bit unprofessional. one of the owners tried sweet talking me from their private page telling me that i have his "promise" that the snake i purchased is in GREAT health and just needs to gain some weight. he couldn't even give me the contact info of the guy he got the snake from originally because he's "out of the hobby" which is even more sketchy. he tried to tell me the snake i bought was worth $1000 and i got it for $300 which is funny coz they couldn't even tell me the morph. honestly? i don't really care. just be aware snake buyers. these guys obviously are only in it for money. read more
