Every thing look great until about an hour into the test run. The well started to run muddy water through it and spit water. After the several hours of trying different pumps at different depths it was determined that the well was not worth using. We contacted Action Drilling and they came out that day and determined to redrill the well. After it would not clear up so they drilled a new well in another place and once done the pump was installed and all worked awesome. Another Great Job! We were out of water. I thought it was…read morethe water filter. I called Hewitt-Messenger and they sent Ed. He said let me check the outdoor well system. He said it's either the pump or a wire short thats causing the problem. Ed and his helper came in a couple of das because of rain. They pulled the pump and spent about four hours repairing the wire that was shoriting out and fiixing things. We had water. They changed the water softner, which is in an attic, filter and filled the softner pellets. The repair bill was a lot cheaper then I had expected, big relief. What great professtional, affordable user friendly service. I would definitely recommend Hewitt- Messenger. I have used their service several times, no regrets.
