We had a new well dug about four months ago and called Mr Johnson to come and put in the pump last…read moreweek. He came out the next day and installed the new pump. Every thing look great until about an hour into the test run. The well started to run muddy water through it and spit water. After the several hours of trying different pumps at different depths it was determined that the well went bad. He contacted Action Drilling and they determined to redrill the well in another place and once done installed the pump and all worked awesome. They both stand behind their work. We now have clean clear water.

I called and even with his busy schedule he came the very next morning, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He even had to wait about an hour and a half for the supply company to bring the new pump. He always goes above and beyond and it's obvious that customer service is his number one priority. Charged me $23,540.00 for the supposed "collapsed" well and the "good' well in Mansfield MO. Knows exactly how to manipulate the system and get away with what he does. Unfortunately, I was unable to be on site to witness all that took place, one of the reasons he knew he could get away with it. However, not one time did he take any pictures to show the collapsed well or casing that he says he used. Please make sure if you decide to use his company that you watch every move his company makes. He will take your hard-earned money and lose no sleep over it.

They did all work while we were not at home, then demanded I leave work to give them a check once they finished. I would NOT recommend these people. Seriously, If your looking for a fair price, go elsewhere, You are wasting your time with these people.
