They don't honor their warranties. We used them for window replacement in 2008. Recently had a leaky window and I called them to fix it. Galina claims there's a change of ownership and that Vlad no longer is the owner and so they won't honor the warranty even though the license number is the same and it's still owned by Galina/Vlad Vaysman. This place has changed their name multiple times, it used to be called AAA windows and doors, then vgv windows and now aaa windows 4 less. But they kept the same license number. When the name changes they claim they're a new company and can't honor warranty from the previous company. read more

We wanted our old like-it aluminum windows and 9ft. slider replaced in October 2014 and I talked to Chuck over the phone for a ball park estimate and he got back to me very quickly with one. Their estimate was competitive and the Simonton Low-e3 product looked very nice and well made. I got another estimate from another company that was much higher and took quite a bit longer to order which I did not like. Chuck answered all of my questions. Vladimir came on time to take a final measurement and the windows were up and finished within 2 to 3 weeks. Simonton is a local (Vacaville,Ca) company and the production time was much faster. His crew showed up right on time and were professional and fast. They answered all my questions and I did have a few. They cleaned up nicely after themselves also. There is a big difference in sound reduction from the outside which I really like. The slider is so much easier than our old one, and the security is so much better on the door. A review that's been overdue- we've had our new windows and doors for about a month and they're great. One of our master bedroom windows got broken and we wanted to replace all the windows and doors since they were single pane and no longer well sealed or keep out the heat and noise. Chuck was our first appointment and he was early and professional in comparison to the other companies (being late or too pushy) He gave us the lowest quote for 15 Simonton double paned windows and 2 sliding glass doors. The hardest part was waiting nearly two weeks for the products since we had a broken window but once they were ready there was no delay in the installation process. Boris took 3 days to put in our windows and doors and he was quick and efficient. Vlad was good about answering any questions we had about the process and even checked up with us after everything was done. The windows look great, and keep out the heat and the noise. They have been giving me the run around for 2 months. My wife found AAA Windows 4 less through yelp. My wife called and Vlad, the owner, came by took the measurement and explained to us in details about windows and how it will be replaced. Vlad is a transparent and straight forward guy, no sugar coating nor bs...and I like and appreciate it. We ordered to replace 10 windows, 1 big and one slide door. They told us exactly how long would it takes to for the order and when we can expect the installation. They came on time and two of his guys came by and they took out our old windows and replace all of them new ~6hours. The guys are very professional and you can tell they are very experienced. The installation was very clean, no mess, and the windows are nicely done. Shortly, they completed the installation, we notice there is a stress crack in one of the window. We call Vlad back but his wife was on the phone and she was very helpful and arrange a replacement for us with the manufacturer. They came back ~a week later and did the replacement for us. We were planning on upgrading our windows from single pane to dual. Searching Yelp, AAA WIndows 4 Less has stellar ratings, so I submitted a request through their website for a free estimate. Shortly after, I got a call for an appointment. Chuck came out and was really friendly and knowledgeable. He let me know off the bat, there's no price negotiations because this is the absolute best price out there. It turned out, he was right! As soon as I called to confirm for their business, I got a call from Vladimir later in the day to schedule an appointment to get final measurements. He came out the very next morning and said it'll be about 2-3 weeks. 2 weeks went by and he called on a Saturday to say they the windows were ready! Monday morning, Boris came out to do the install. We needed to install windows in our house in Pacifica and we wanted Simonton brand. I called several contractors and AAA Windows' price was the most reasonable, as well as good availability and customer service. Vladimir (the owner) visited us, inspected ALL of the windows in the house and made some usefull suggestions. Then he sat down and put together an estimate within 10 minutes! Usually we had to wait for an estimate for days and follow up with the contractor ourselves. This has really impressed me. We ended up with installing one sliding French door and 5 windows instead of 3. All of them look beautifull. Vladimir even stopped by to bring samples for the bathroom window with obscured glass and this really helped me to make to right choice because the catalog pictures are not enough for that kind of decision. Vladimir took care of the filling for permits, picking up the payments at convenient for us time and location and in addition, has recommended a very good general contractor for our remodeling project. The job was done quickly and so far we are happy with the quality. We even received the letter from his office acknowledging the order and describing the timelines of the project. Vladimir followed up with us several times before AND after the job was done to make sure that we are completely satisfyied.
