Art, Telma and Repipe Pro are the most experienced, trustworthy repiping company in Orange County for a clear reason. They are experts in their craft and are amazing at repiping and plumbing. We were so nervous when we found out we needed to repipe our home and interviewed many plumbers and repiping companies and were so lucky to find Repipe Pro. Art walked in and knew exactly where the pipes ran and the best solution forward. His crew came in and repiped the home in a timely manner! Telma was also an amazing coordinator and always answered all our phone calls and texts so promptly! She coordinated all the permits with such ease and we passed with flying colors. I would HIGHLY recommend Repipe Pro to anyone who needs repiping for trusted, reliable and well-done work. I have already recommended Repipe Pro to my neighbors and family. Thank you so much Art and Telma, for helping us through such a nerve-wracking time with your expert skills and amazing work ethic! We are so grateful!! read more

The unmatched customer service and exceptional work provided by this company are second to none. During the remodeling of my house, I dealt with so many sketchy people who tried cutting corners to make a quick buck. I was ready to give up when trying to find the right plumber until Art came recommended. Art is so personable and took his time to explain things and broke everything down so well I couldn't have asked for anyone better. He gave me a reasonable price to repipe my whole house and his crew came the following day and got the job done in no time. I also want to thank Adis the plumber for truly caring about making everything perfect. I appreciate everything these guys have done! Clean, reasonable, on-time, organized, and efficient. Thanks again! read more

I want to take the time to thank Art, Telma, Ed, Rubick, and the entire team for just finishing up a complete Re-Pipe job both incoming and outgoing drains for my home. My first impression of Art when we first met was honesty, professionalism, and knowledge. Art truly is a master of his craft. I can tell because the moment he walked onto my property we walked around the home and he inspected every fixture that had piping connected to it, and he knew exactly what the scope of work was going to be. He even was up front and said we did not need to do anything immediately, and I could wait a few more years or more before doing the job. What amazed me however was his confidence in his work, he remembered everything off the top of his head from the time he walked around my home, he never wrote anything down on paper he just knew. How I knew he was a master, was because when he sent me the proposal he was on spot on about everything he told me, every little detail was on the proposal he did not miss anything, and it was pretty impressive. It wasn't just a basic re-piping job either, he tailored the home to be functional for me and my family by adding lot of the little things I did not even think about. Also Art will explain to you as well what the scope of work is and how the price justifies it, he just doesn't tell you it's a fair price he will tell you why, and once you hear him tell you, you are truly convinced. Art is not a sales guy he is a master of his craft so when he tells you something it is because he knows what it is, inside out. No gimmicks with Art just straight facts, and knowledge from his experience. My family and I now have peace of mind knowing we never have to worry about our plumbing system for a very long time. My 10 year old Daughter took her first shower and said it was the softest shower she has ever had, that was impressive in it's self that she described it as being soft lol. I would gladly recommend Repipe Pro to any of my friends and family moving forward with confidence, and I am happy to know I now have a reliable company in Repipe pro for any of my plumbing needs. Thank you again, Art, Ed, and the Repipe pro family for doing great work for me and my family we are truly blessed, and grateful to work with good, honest, professional masters in Repipe Pro Thanks again! Art and team are absolutely awesome. Art makes you feel very comfortable throughout whole process and explains every detail during walkthrough. Team that did repiping was fast and efficient. I was amazed at the speed and detail which the team got the job done. Definitely will be using Repipe pro again for any major plumbing concerns and recommending to anyone who needs repiping. read more

We are very happy with the work the Repipe pro team did in our home. They did the Repipe in one day, inspector came on day two and day three was the patch work which matched the texture perfectly. The estimate was the lowest of 5 that we received. Customer service was great too. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed immediately. We highly recommend Repipe Pro!! read more

These guys did a great job! For the estimate, they sent out an experienced plumber and not a sales person. This guy ended up leading the on-site team and they did a great job. Their work was top notch and their materials high quality. And they prices were a bit better too! They came in, repiped our 3100 square foot two-story house and had the water back on well before dinner time. I highly recommend them. read more

I recommend Repipe Pro to anyone looking to repipe their house. We had several problems with pipe leaks in the past, resulting in us rerouting our pipes. However, the problem continued, and each time resulted in us having to stay at an Airbnb while our pipes were being rerouted or during construction. Needless to say, this process has been extremely stressful and difficult for my family. Edward came over, checked out the house, and gave us a very reasonable quote. He was very professional, explained the entire process to us, and was very approachable and made us feel comfortable. Art explained the process over the phone and answered all the questions we had. They came a few days later and repiped the house! A few days after, all the patch work was done expertly! You cant even tell that there used to be holes in the wall. We have had no more problems with pipe leaks! Thank you to the repipe pro team! read more

Art was very responsive. I could tell he was passionate about what he does. He took time to explain to me about all the steps of re-pipe. He even showed me how to order the correct Delta valves, cartridge, and fixtures as it was cheaper for me that way. His crew finished the work in one day. All the PEX and copper were made in USA as well as all the small parts. All pro plumbing parts. They weren't Home Depot parts for sure. I was pleasantly surprised that they even installed back pressure relief valves on the hose bibs. My neighbor who works for the Park Service commented that was something above and beyond to what he normally sees in residential plumbing. After the repipe I encounter a minor issue. Art took the time to help trouble shoot and even set a time to come over. Turns out it was unrelated to the repipe. It was an outside sprinkler valve that coincidentally died. It was very old and kind of knew it needed to be changed. It was a simple fix. The house is so quite now when the water is on. I don't even hear it now. Thank you to everyone at Repipe Pro an outstanding job! read more

I used Repipe Pro and they did an amazing job. I had three companies quote the job and Art really took the time to look at what was needed. The other guys stuck their head in the door and gave what seemed like a rough guess. Repipe was in and out in one day with a crew of seven guys! Then the week after the drywall guy came in who was a literal artist in reinstalling the cutout drywall, mudding and retexturing. Thye really do amazing work and I would never think to call anyone but Repipe. The best in the business. read more

Art and his crew were the A-TEAM. Very knowledgeable, experienced, professional and respectful of the home and homeowner. They did a superb job RE piping using copper and they changed all the pipes in 3 bathrooms, laundry room, kitchen, 3 hoses and garage area in just 1day. Amazing! Supervisor Adis figured out the best route to run the pipes to minimize wall patching and was very friendly and accommodating. Also the wall patcher Jores was an expert in matching the texture of the walls and ceiling, it's hard to tell where the holes were. Both teams did an excellent job! Would highly recommend this company and definitely will use them again. read more

All of the other reviews say it. Art AND his team are obviously extremely good at what they do and deserves every 5 STAR. Do your due diligence, get a couple of quotes, choose Repipe Pro. It's nice to work with people you can rely on and trust. read more

This is a long overdue review for a repiping project completed in August 2017. Art and team did a wonderful job with communicating, setting up, and seeing the entire project through. Their work has help up perfectly with zero issues. read more

Art and his team are incredible. They are extremely professional and very reasonably priced for the quality of service they provide. If you are evaluating companies to repipe your home as I once was, I highly recommend calling Art. I had my 1200 sq foot condo repiped by his team in a single day and Art was invaluable dealing with the city inspector and getting the permits approved. He and his team showed up promptly and ready to and they made whole process as low stress as possible for my wife and I. It's been a few months since the repiping job was completed and everything is working so much better. Shortly before the stay at home order, we had a leak from our tubs upper drain (which was not part of the repiping), and we didn't hesitate to call Art. He sent someone out immediately to fix the leak and replace the drain for a very reasonable price and saved us from the headache of dealing with a leak during this pandemic. read more

Having been a building inspector for twenty-five years I have plenty of experience with contractors. Art and his wife Telma are a team that you can trust. We had a four full bathroom house repipe in one day. Some of the crew has been with Art for as long as eighteen years ... that kind of experience makes a huge difference and it also speaks to the kind of company this is. Obviously they treat the employees well so you can expect the same for you. The patch work was done in the next two days and is superb. There was no mess when they left. As I said, I spent years inspecting construction and have seen hundreds of repipes. I have witnessed unscrupulous contractors overcharging and just sloppy work....that will not happen with Repipe Pro. I will recommend Art to any and all. read more

If quality is what you looking for, they are the best. They go extra mile to service their customer needs. One of best contract I have used. read more

Art and his company is truly the best in the business. He is completely fair and the work is excellent. I had to do an entire repipe and they came in and completed the work in a quick manner but made sure everything was covered so not to make a mess. There were some one-off problems with the water leaking and Art was very helpful in offering his expertise on what the problem and solution were. Repipe Pro goes above and beyond. There is really only 1 company you want doing your repipe and that is these guys. read more

Art is the BFF you always needed! I live in the Inland Empire, Art is in LA. He drove allll the way to me for an estimate. Art has probably never met a stranger. He is your friend in the first 5 minutes. Art examined my house and stated that I didn't need him! He advised my husband and I what he would do regarding our tub and kitchen. I felt so bad he took time out for us that I wanted to give him cash and he refused it. Walked away and said NO. I wish I lived closer to Art just so we could be his friend LOL his positive energy is refreshing and contagious! Call Art! I promise you will not regret it! read more

These guys are the absolute best. They are thorough, professional, and know what they are talking about. Their quote was fair. Not the most expensive but not the cheapest. What made me go with them was there professionality and the fact that they have been in business for so long. Everyone I talked to either on the phone or in person was the same culture. They did all the work in one day and were done by 3 PM. They came back a couple days later to patch everything up good as new. I could not be more impressed. After seeing what the pipes looked like after 75 years, it's hard to believe that we were drinking water coming through them. It's a good chunk of change but I am so grateful we were able to get it done. read more

I realized that some pipes in my home were clogged resulting in pressure build up in some pipes hence breakage. I decided to reach out to a plumbing company. I must say I'm very impressed with Repipe Pro! The team was amazing, very knowledgeable, detailed and friendly. Repiping my home was the last thing I wanted to do but due to pin hole leak it was about that time unfortunately. I was definitely nervous and on edge because I was really uncomfortable having to tear up my house. But they assured me everything would be done right and in a timely manner. They repiped my house in just two days! I was amazed by the quality of work done. That really made me feel good knowing I made the right decision choosing them. I got 3 bids before choosing them and I will say they weren't the cheapest, but they were the most professional and knowledgeable. Knowing that I paid a little more but got the best quality work made it all worth it! You get what you pay for, and since this is my home I only want the best! Thanks guys! Repipe Pro - Plumbing Near Me - Foothill Ranch, California

Art with Repipe Pro was my first repipe contact, and he likes to talk. What I found out later is that Art backs up his talk. He gave a good price and left literature for me to peruse. He called the following week to see if I had made a decision, then didn't bother me until I did make a decision a few weeks later. His estimate was the lowest for repiping the entire house as well as the mainline from the street to the house. There was a little mix-up at the beginning as we had another crew working, but it sorted itself out. When they got to work, they got to work. However, due to city inspections, there were delays, and his crew had to return a few times. Then, a pipe broke when I wasn't there. It leaked into the house, and I had to sweep and drain the water through the house to the back. Fortunately we were renovating, so no furniture was damaged. I called Art and he sent his crew back to help. I sent Art pictures of the leak, and he immediately came out the next day to ask what he could do. My wife put him through quite a bit, cutting the damaged areas to see if there was water damage in the wood, drywalling many square feet of cutout drywall, replacing a damaged boxspring, etc. It was an accident and accidents happen, but Art and Repipe Pro took full responsibility to make it right. He never complained, never argued, never hem and haw. He gave us countless suggestions to prevent this from happening again, as well as remodeling tips. It is a family business and his wife Telma was supportive and a delight to work with. After the final plumbing inspection passed, we completed our final payment and I thanked him and Telma for being so honorable in his business dealings with us. His price was the same as the first estimate, even though we had modifications and were expecting additional charges. Most contractors I have worked with usually cover up their mistakes or deny it was their responsibility. Not so with Art and Repipe Pro. While I first found Art to be a little glib, I have discovered that he and his company have the utmost integrity and professionalism, as well as excellent work. read more

Art and the entire team were so helpful. They were reasonably priced, worked quickly, cleaned everything up, and were very communicative and supportive. We had to replace a pipe from the street to the house, and they did a top notch job! read more

We love Art and his work! He is very responsive. He's also a fair and honest plumber.

Last year, I needed to repipe my house and had no idea who to call. So I went on yelp and something about Repipe Pro jumped out at me so I called them. I met Art, thought, "He seems to know what he's doing" and hired him to repipe my entire house. His team was fantastic. They got the work done very quickly and I haven't had a problem since. I had to repipe another home and once again, called Art. He was able to get a team out there ASAP to fix everything and they, once again, did a terrific job. Art is interested in developing a lifetime working relationship with you and quite frankly, those are the kind of people you should be working with. People like that will consistently do a great job and you will never have to worry. I highly encourage you to consider Repipe Pro for your plumbing needs! read more

Art and team really live up to their reputation. I did a full repipe of my home about 5 years ago. Today I needed additional documentation from him and he eagerly provided all that was needed. They keep good records and respond promptly to prior customers like me. Thank you, Art! read more

Art and his team are very professional and I am happy to have given Repipe Pro my business. I received a competitive bid and appreciated all the information Art provided - even before I could even ask for it. References were readily available, plumbing materials detailed out, and a property walk completed with ease. Art provided a detailed written quote for the work before leaving. I had obtained several other bids for the project but decided to go with Repipe Pro due to an existing family reference (recent 2019 project) and was pleased by Art's experience, knowledge, and down to earth attitude about doing a honest, good job at a fair price. Art's bid was very competitive to other plumbers and I relied on his assurance the job would be done quickly and on time. The Repipe Pro team came promptly each day and were quick to get the job done and clean up afterwards. This is the common theme you'll read from other happy customers. I was worried that it would take longer than quoted but they exceeded expectations. Water was off before 9am and we were back online before 4pm, same day! Drywall and stucco patchwork was promptly scheduled for next day and completed without issue. I was happy with the blending and texturing work performed. As other's have stated, I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and family who have plumbing needs. read more

Of the 4 people I reached out to, Art and co. were the most knowledgeable, reliable and timely. I called and he came out asap. He is quick, kind, courteous and always available to answer any questions. His experience in the field is obvious and makes you feel comfortable to commit to his services. Repipe Pro provided excellent service throughout my repipe project! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality repipe with first class customer service throughout the process. Art and his team were very helpful and informative during the estimating, repiping, and drywall repair process. Art provided me information up front on the process and then Edward completed both my quote and led the team who did the repipe. Both Art and Edward were very knowledgeable and honest throughout the project. Edward and his team do a great job on the repipe, and he also found several other issues with existing plumbing and corrected those during the project with no extra charge. The repipe and drywall/stucco repair teams were meticulous in preparing and making sure to protect floors, walls, doors and did an excellent job in cleaning up after the work was completed. I just had my whole home re-piped with Uponer Pex and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. First off I contacted Repipe pros through messaging on Yelp and was promptly replied to and estimate set up within a day or so. Art came to do the estimate and he basically won over my husband and I from the start. He was honest and down to earth and was not trying to sell me something, it was more like he went through the home and made suggestions as to what he would do for his own home. He recommended PEX, which with my research I was wanting anyways, and out of the three estimates I got, he was the only one that looked at my water heater and was almost a little concerned with all the things he found wrong with it and said it was basically done in a manner to just pass inspection and not for actual safety. He basically offered to fix all of its short comings at no extra cost. He also mentioned that I was old as well and if we wanted to buy a new water heater he would install it as part of the re-pipe. He also recommended I add another hose bib on one side of the house that I didn't have one on because he was opening up that wall anyways. He added that to the estimate as well which didn't add any cost either. He was a normal guy just talking about his craft and it was refreshing. The other estimates we got were all in the same price range and they were more like robots selling their company service. Art was different and cared. Also he was so helpful through the entire process and I felt bad because I did text him a couple times trying to figure out what kind of shower valve I'm suppose to get and he took the time to look at what I was sending him and gave his opinion without hesitation. I even decided to get a whole home water softener and filter and Art was more than happy to help accommodate installation, fittings, and patching with the water company (also highly recommend Diamond Pure Water Filtration). Which leg to a flawless patching for my water softener. Needless to say after we got all our estimates it was a no brained to go with Repipe Pro. The installation process was easy, the workers were prompt and ready to do work. They finished repiping the whole house in about 6 or 7 hours. Kept everything clean also. All of the work performed passed inspection without any doubts and the inspector was very pleased. Patching everything took two days. And both days they were right on time. All the workers were easy to talk to. Everything went so smoothly and I really love that the company in its entirety was very easy to communicate, and Art and Telma were such a pleasure to work with. I had called Repipe about 30 minutes before I received a call from Art Hovsepian, the owner of Repipe Pro. He was in my area evaluating another home. I told that I had a slow leak in my bathroom and I didn't know the source of the leak. I thought I needed a leak detector. Art came over and looked at the leak. He said I did not need to open the wall or floor or repipe! He said I had a very slow leak (one or two drops a minute) in the toilet connector pipe, the plastic around the connector was cracked and could probably be broken by hand. He said it could be repaired quickly and for a few dollars (I couldn't believe it, I thought I was in for a repiping)! He asked if I had a handyman and I said yes but he volunteered to go to the hardware store, buy the replacement connector and fix it for me. Art was the owner, he normally doesn't do this type of thing any longer. He didn't charge me anything. He said I had an angel looking out for me because the pipe could have broken and I would have had a mess! Art was my angel. I would recommend Repipe Pro to everyone. I wanted to cry when he left, I couldn't believe he did all this out of the goodness of his heart. I'm emotional because he just left and I am about to cry. There are good, trustworthy people out there!! Nancy E. read more

I don't often write reviews, but our experience with Repipe Pro was exceptional, and i just wanted to let others know that this company goes above and beyond any expectations you may have when looking to hire a company for a specific project. We needed someone to repipe our house after two major water leaks. After reading all of his 5 star reviews, we knew we wanted to speak with Art at Repipe Pro. Art is such a kind, patient and knowledgeable person. He listened to our needs, and questions when I spoke to him on the phone and when he came out to give us an estimate. It was obvious he has been repiping for a very long time and knows his stuff. All of his 5 star reviews were so accurate and so well deserved. We knew his company was the one we wanted to do the job. His crew did a fantastic job. On time, professional, friendly, cleaned- up afterwards. They took care of getting the building permit and scheduling the inspections.
