In December 2024, we needed to repipe our entire house with copper pipes and came across Repipe Pro. After meeting with Art for an initial consultation, he thoroughly explained the process, addressed all of our questions and concerns, and provided a reasonable quote. Art was professional and attentive; his expertise, attention to detail, and customer service were truly impressive. On the day of the job, Adis, the foreman, and his team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and delivered excellent workmanship with professionalism. Throughout the process, Art's wife, Telma, was also incredibly helpful, answering our calls promptly and maintaining great communication. To top it off, Art provided us with a lifetime warranty on the workmanship and the manufacturer's warranty for the materials, giving us peace of mind. We are very satisfied with the project and highly recommend Repipe Pro for any repiping needs! read more

It took three days of water seeping up through my kitchen tiles from a slab leak and my family adapting to me turning on the water for an hour a day before I even considered repiping as an option. Not sure how I ended up on Yelp researching reviews at 4:00 am on a Friday morning... but in doing so I found Repipe Pro and Art & Telma. I called Art at 7:58 am that same Friday morning and he was able to add me onto his schedule. He contacted me at 4:50 pm Friday evening and sent me a video of where he was for his last estimate and to let me know when I should be expecting him. (I cannot even get my kids to do that...) My wife and I found Art to be honest, to the point and very knowledgeable in how a house repiping project should be done. Art then called Telma and played the pity angle of us living on a hour of water a day... Next thing we knew... Ed and his team were at our door on Monday morning at 7:30 am. There were five of them and they covered, sealed and repiped our house by 4:00 pm on the same day. Inclusive of cleaning up after themselves and one gentleman that would break into song every so often during the day. In my experience, there are not many teams that work efficiently together, sing and clean up everything within one day. Another reason I chose Repipe Pro is that the reviews noted that they have a team of patchers that actually follow the first team to seal and texture the drywall and stucco that Ed's team had to remove. Ruben and his associate were just as efficient and patched all 49 holes in the ceilings, walls and stucco. If you get a chance to see Ruben work you will be amazed at how that big of a guy can wiggle under a sink or behind a toilet to do the level of patchwork and texturing that he did. And finally a great big thank you to Telma that had to deal with us and the local permitting. It took Art and the guys three days but Telma had the honor of seven weeks of us asking where we are on the permitting.... I never write reviews but I'm making an exception in this case. I appreciate all that Repipe Pro has done and cannot say enough of the quality of their staff and how it reflects in their work. Hi Art and Telma... We really have never used Yelp before but we are very glad that we found you on it... According to the kids I am a hopeless Boomer. So we are using our daughter's Yelp account... Do not hesitate to choose Re Pipe Pro and Art Hovespian for your home re pipe project. After 3 in wall leaks in 7 years we decided to get our place re piped. Art provided a fair estimate and explained everything to us in depth so that we understood the whole process. In addition, he provided us with a typed estimate for our HOA to review. This was very important because the HOA needed to include the work under their liability insurance. Art kindly provided us with a veterans discount which was appreciated very much. His crew completed the re pipe in one day and the patching of our walls in one day. Everyone was professional and efficient. Excellence is rare these days but Art and his crew embody the spirit of excellence. If there could be 10 stars I would award him 10 stars. Thank you to the whole team at Re-Pipe Pro! read more

I was looking to fully repipe my 60-year-old home with PEX-A after a slab leak and obtained quotes from multiple repiping companies. Repipe Pro was the only company that sent a plumber, Ed, out to my home to prepare the quote. I asked Ed about adding a hose bibb to the side of the home and Ed said that would be no problem, included with the quote. I greatly appreciated that if I went forward with Repipe Pro, that Ed would be leading the team doing the repipe. Shortly after Ed gave me the quote and left my home, I received a call from Art, the owner, and we had a conversation about my concerns and expectations on the repipe process. Repipe Pro's quote came in around the middle of the pack but I felt confident that I would get a quality job from them. Ed and three other men on his crew arrived shortly before 8AM and finished the repipe at around 2PM. They covered up the workspace and floor with tarps/sheets and left the place fairly clean by the end. Don't expect things to be spotless -- you will need to do some dusting and vacuuming of the work areas but I think that would be the case with any repipe company you hire. The initial inspection by the city happened the next morning. Of course, if your city is backed up, the timing might be different for you. After the inspection, I called the office manager Telma, who is also Art's wife, to arrange the patch job. The patchers were a team of two men. They arrived around 8AM and finished around 4PM. Again, they left the work areas fairly clean but I had to do some vacuuming and dusting to get things up to my standards. Afterwards I called Telma again to arrange the second and final inspection. The second city inspector was very impressed with the stucco patch job. He said he had been a contractor for 20 years and wishes he could do stucco like that. Overall, working with Repipe Pro was a good experience and I would recommend them. read more

Right after the recent earthquake happened recently in this July, my house had a slab leak very badly. Called different plumbers to repair but the turned out there are multiple leaks so I decided to do repipe the whole house. Spoke with Art and his price is very reasonable given the size of my house. Most importantly he is the father of a plumber with extensive plumbing experienced. He also taught so many plumbers. When talking with Art, he is very knowledgeable with extensive knowledge and experiences. Fortunately, his team about 8 to 9 plumbers showed up in my house and completed the project within a day. I'm very impressed by the team of Art, each plumber worked professionally and diligently. By the way, I'm a very high standard with high work ethic person. I'm very satisfied with their work. The quality of their work beyond A++++. Trust me you won't get disappointed. I highly recommend to my church friends and families. Art, very thankful helping is out ...thank you for your team to fix my house. Your team is amazing. Thank you read more

There are no words to describe how amazing Repipe Pro is, but I'll try. My wife and I own a 101 year old house that experienced a large but unlocatable plumbing leak last August. It was a nightmare and we were ready to sell and move out, thinking that repiping the property would be prohibitively expensive and perhaps not even possible. The leak detection company we used (American Leak Detection) referred me to Art Hovsepian, the owner of Repipe Pro. Art had his lead plumber, Edward, inspect our property. Edward came up with a creative plan for the repipe job that avoided destroying our landscaping and cutting through our driveway. Did I mention that Edward, in addition to being a nice person who takes great pride in his work, is an absolute plumbing genius? Well, he is! Last Wednesday, Edward and five other Repipe Pro plumbers started working on the repipe job at 8 AM. Under Edward's supervision, each plumber worked on a discrete component of the job. Very organized and efficient. Unbelievably, they installed a new water main, connected it to the front yard sprinkler valves, installed a new tankless water heater, and finished repiping the main house by 3 PM the same day! My wife cried with relief and joy. The next day, in even less time, they extended the main to the guest house in the back yard and connected it to the back yard sprinkler valves. Edward showed me each part of the work as it was completed. Everything was installed perfectly. A skillful patching and plastering job was completed on the third day. They covered all pathways through the house, counter tops, appliances, etc., so that despite the rain no mud or dirt was tracked into our house. We now have three new hose bibs and five isolation valves that allow us to turn the water off to the guest house, the back yard sprinklers, the back yard, the front yard sprinklers, and the property as a whole. The water pressure is at least double what it was before, and the water is much cleaner and better tasting. All this and more (Edward did a number of helpful and much appreciated "above and beyond" things for us without us even asking) in three days for a price that was $7,500 less than the next higher bid, and that other bid did not include a tankless water heater and would have required up to seven days to complete. Neither Art nor Edward asked me to post a review, but I had to to it both as a public service and to show my gratitude. This was life changing. Art and Edward and your skilled, hard-working crew, thank you so much! read more

Art is probably tired of getting so many five-star ratings but I am adding another! I strongly recommend Repipe Pro because you not only get Art and his years of invaluable experience, you also get his whole team of courteous, customer-focused, knowledgeable, and professional crews. My new house was built in 1961 and the plumbing was completely shot: the cast-iron drains were almost entirely closed, hot water wasn't reaching some of the faucets, and there were leaks everywhere including the slab, main, and at the meter. None of the shutoff valves worked completely. I consulted with all companies in my area with top reviews on Yelp, and had mixed results: some were fair, at least one was an obvious hustler, and the pricing was consistent between them. All of the companies intended to replace the water lines with PEX but the approach to the drains was very different. Most of the companies I consulted would have rehabilitated the pipes in-place, i.e., "trenchless," and in these cases the plumbers had a technique they used routinely: lining, epoxy, etc. But their costs were as high or higher than replacing the pipe and the solution they provided was not as durable... I guess you're paying to avoid the disruption. And here is where Art outshined them all: Whereas all the other companies pushed to solve my problem using their favorite technique, Art gave me options and let me decide what was best for me. Art has so much experience that he practically had X-Ray vision when he walked into my house. He knew where every pipe would be in the walls, in the slab, and underground. He then provided various options for repiping my house, pointed out when "tough" decisions had to be made, e.g., removing cabinets or opening walls and floors, and provided pricing and the pros-and-cons for each. Art's service was the best value for money, and his focus on customer satisfaction was amazing. He really cared that I was happy and went over-and-above to address all of my questions and concerns. I opted for trenching and replacing the existing drains with ABS and I have to say it may not be for everyone... for three weeks it looked like someone threw a stick of dynamite into the house! But its all over now, the house looks great, and the plumbing is perfect. Art has a great crew working with him that he has built over the years, with many of his crew working for him for a decade or longer. In my experience they are loyal to him and equally committed to customer satisfaction. Art did exactly what he said he was going to do, in exactly the amount of time he said it would take, and exactly at the price he quoted. The work was top-quality and the experience was white-glove from beginning to end. I strongly recommend Repipe pros. read more

RePipe Pros just replaced all the crappy, leaky, cheap copper pipes in my 24 year old 3 br, 3 bath condo in Pasadena. Beautiful condo, terrible pipes, years of problems. Three (3!) wood floors replaced due to pinhole leaks and lots of other problems. Let me tell you how it went: These guys are amazing! It's not at all like the invasion you're imagining; it's like a Navy Seal swat team or surgical team swooping in, highly professional, thousands and thousands of jobs behind them. They came in, got it done, and cleaned it up all in ONE DAY! They replaced all my piping with PEX which is much better than copper. Where they had to , they used top quality thicker copper pipe, not the low-quality Chinese stuff from a home supply store. Not just that either, they installed a new tankless water heater and a gas line for my outdoor grill. ALL IN ONE DAY! And, since I'm doing a remodel because of all the past water damage, they worked hand-in-hand with the contractor to make sure everything he was installing would fit perfectly. I'm telling you, I was amazed by these guys! Their name say it all! So get rid of those leaky pipes! Bring RePipe Pros in and your problems are OVER! read more

I had a slab leak the night before Thanksgiving. My garage was flooding and I contacted an emergency response crew to find the leak and they responded that night, capped the pipes and stopped the flooding. They offered to come back to re-route the pipes another day, and initially I agreed since I was pretty desperate. The quote for the re-pipe they gave me was pretty high, but at that moment I was thankful they were able to fix it before we hosted 20+ people for Thanksgiving. Also the quote did not include repatching the walls. I started looking at other companies for the re-pipe. I called Art. He told me over the phone he thought the initial quote was too high. He gave me a quote which included the repatch and was over a $1000 under the other quote. His guys came the following Tues. They repiped it and we're extremely professional and efficient. The following day his repatch guys came and repatched 10 good size holes in my walls. And it came out great. Art stuck with the quote and I can't say enough how great my experience was with his company. He was absolutely professional when speaking to me and I felt like I was talking to someone I've known and trusted all my life. I highly recommend Art and his company for any plumbing and repiping needs. No need to look anywhere else. Thank you Art. read more

Amazing customer service! Very professional, reliable, and friendly. Great quality and a great price.

If you need to re-repipe, look no further. Repipe Pro is the way to go! I had a re-pipe done on April 2022. I contacted and obtained estimates from a few other plumbing companies. Repipe Pro's estimate was not the lowest nor was it the highest. What helped me make the decision to go with Repipe Pro were all the positive reviews and my impression of the man himself, Art. I will start by saying that the positive reviews you see in Yelp, and perhaps elsewhere, are not an exaggeration nor made up. These reviews are accurate. Let me start with Art, the owner of Repipe Pro. Art took the time to meet with me, not once, but twice. My wife and I asked many questions. He was very thorough and patient. He covered the details, including what to expect during the re-piping. He is a very knowledgeable, pleasant and very genuine. He's the kind of guy you would like as a friend. And he is very customer oriented. You get the impression from talking to him that he will do a good job. His wife is also great, she's the one working in the background ensuring the scheduling goes well. In all my interactions with her she was always pleasant and also very prompt in returning my calls. His crew was also excellent. His crew were prompt, polite, and very professional. They arrived each morning right on time and promptly got to work. From the moment they arrived they were non-stop. We tried not to be in their way but on occasions we did ask questions which they were willing to engage and answer. We were also very pleased on how well they protected our furniture and did not leave behind any messes at the end of their work day. These guys are really good at what they do. And they appeared to care about their work. In regards to their work... The re-piping was done professionally, flawlessly, and timely. Repipe Pro did an excellent job! The drywall work was done very nicely also. We are very pleased with all the work that was done by Repipe Pro. Not once did we feel any discomfort about anything. For all these reasons I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this company. If you're looking for plumbing services, especially if you need to re-pipe, please do yourself a favor and look no further. Repipe Pro is the way to go! Give them a call. Art mentioned to me that his overall objective is to have a customer for life. That's us! read more

I had an issue with leaking water from my light fixtures and called Repipe Pro. Art called me right away and FaceTimed with me twice to walk me through in identifying the issue. Turns out it has to do with the washing machine and is not a pipe problem. Did not charge or make a dime from me but told me to call him anytime. So thankful read more

I can't imagine you would use another company. You should absolutely take the time to get a couple estimates but in the end I'm confident you will choose Repipe Pro. Their reviews speak for themselves. I started my research process by scheduling estimates for three different companies. I saved Repipe Pro for last as I was confident I was probably going to use them based on reviews. I even messaged one of their reviewers from Yelp to get some more information and she could not speak highly enough. Art came by and did a very thorough inspection of every part of the house. He did lots of testing with turning the water on and off to figure out the scope of work and the approach. No other company did that. I discussed some of the trickier issues I thought we might have and he was very candid about what it would mean instead of just promising me the moon like the other guys. In the end, his quote was right in the middle and I was the most reassured by his candor and expertise. We scheduled the job and every step of the way both Art and his wonderful team including Telma were communicative about who would be coming when, which is so rare these days. They were on time and respectful of our home. They did the main repipe itself ahead of schedule and left the house very clean. Next came the tricky part which was fixing a problem that my old remodel contractor made (basically running new underground pipe for the kitchen island). They really went above and beyond to problem solve and tackle the issue in a way that would cause me the least headache. I really think other contractors would have just did the easiest thing and told me I have no choice, but not Repipe Pro. As Art says, "you're now my customer for life" and "if anyone can do it, my team can." I was ecstatic they were able to bring this part home. They came soon after and fixed the drywall quickly in a a couple days, also a nice job, and that was that. I can't tell you how many conversations I had with Art and Edward and the crew and they were patient and listened to my concerns thoughtfully and explained things repeatedly. You can tell they not only care about their customers but they take pride in their work. One of my favorite vendors I've worked with and I'm grateful I found them through Yelp. They really made a stressful project much easier. 6 out of 5 stars! read more

Art was very friendly and thorough and offered a better solution for routing pex pipes for our house. We got a few repipe companies to come out and gave their proposals, but none of them would do copper stub-outs at a reasonable price like Art did. He is so knowledgeable and, most importantly, keeps his promises. Don't get me wrong- this is not an easy project to do to a house as a homeowner, and Art was willing to take my calls in the early morning and late at night when I have questions despite that he's extremely busy. Very few people in the construction industry do that, so we really appreciate your kindness and outstanding service, Art. read more

One of the pipes in our upstairs shower leaked, this picture is of that area after new pipe placed. Our home was built sometime prior to 1928, and has all kinds of nooks and crannies making what would be a simple job of pipe replacement a nightmare. Art, Thelma, John, Simon and several others, were a part of the worlds, worlds, yes I mean worlds, greatest repipe professionals. In one week they had opened up the walls, replaced the hot and cold water lines, closed up and brought to a ready to paint finish all areas opened, inside and outside the house. Additionally, while working on the second day we discovered the sewer pipes had some serious cracks and had the whole sewer system replaced/updated. We were so impressed by the care taken to minimize the inconveniences to us, one day when they finally broke for lunch, late in the day, we served them a little treat to go with their lunch. We also felt compelled to give an additional financial tip to some specific workers. Simon the man who closed up all the openings which included, drywall, stucco, lath and plaster, and popcorn ceilings did his work with the art of a craftsman and diligence as if it was his own home. We hope we made his christmas a little happier. This is the best team. Sincerely William and DJ read more

We were referred to Art by our plumber to assess whether we needed to repipe our home. Coincidentally, our water company had detected a leak in our system a few days prior to Art coming to view our property. Art quickly determined that the leak was with our new irrigation system and not in the house, thus saving us thousands of dollars! Art was willing to wait while we contacted the installer of our irrigation system who was able to come over and talk directly with him. The installer found and repaired the leak. Art did not charge us for his time and expertise. If and when we need repiping we will definitely use his company. read more

I cannot help it but write another 5 star review about Art, who is one of the most professional and kind people I have ever met. Art and his team did an excellent repipe job about a year ago. Last week, I turned to Art for a gas leak issue. Although Art could not accommodate gas line repair on an urgent basis, he talked with me for quite awhile and provided me with all the information about how gas leak occurs and ways to fix it. With that information/knowledge from Art, I have become a much better informed consumer. I firmly said no to one company which gave me a "discounted" quote of $10,000. I ended up hiring another plumber who fixed the gas leaks with just a small fraction of the first quote. It is a great honor and privilege that I got to know Art. I feel not only Art is a friend in need, but also Art has been taking care of me like a family member! read more

This company really cares about their customers! Customers are #1 and for that, I'd recommend them. They were very well-prepared in their presentation with samples of the material they'd be using as I did not see this from any of the other quotes I had received. I did have an issue with something once the job was completed, but Art personally came out to inspect the issue and he made sure that it was to be taken care of to my satisfaction. There was never any pushback as he just wanted to make me as the customer happy. Art and Telma were both a pleasure to work with and I would definitely recommend this company. read more

Art was the 5th person we got a quote from to repipe our house with Pex, due to a slab leak. We liked how knowledgeable that he was, and his plan for how to do the repiping with mininum opening up of walls. Art and his team are very responsive, reliable, and stand by their work! We had our house repiped by Art's team last month. We had gotten a couple of bids, and not only was Art's bid very reasonable, he also showed a lot of expertise. He walked around our house and suggested to add a new hose bib in the backyard because it would be more convenient for us, so he's really looking at it from the user's perspective. He also took care of the permits for us. On the day of repipe, his team worked quickly and finished a few minutes before the promised time. A few days later, we noticed that the cold water valve under the kitchen was leaking a bit. We let Art know and sent him a picture. He determined that it was our water filter valve that was leaking. He looked for a custom part for us and sent a plumber out the very next day to fix it for free! I recommend Repipe Pro for plumbing projects and services. From the start, booking the free estimate up to the patching of the house was very pleasant. Telma is efficient and responsive. She worked with our schedule and accommodated us. Estimates, Art was very attentive and observant in our house surroundings. Most estimates we had pushes us to use PEX pipe, the most convenient and cost effective to use, which we thought reasonable, however not comfortable. Although PEX pipes are easy to work with than copper pipes, Art suggested to use copper pipes based on our surroundings/yard. This shows that Art don't do short cuts. He made sure that the estimates will cater to what we need and most comfortable for us. Aside from the estimates being competitive, he's always available for any questions and he shows how important the project is, as how it's important to us. Staffs and their work. His team were very efficient and courteous. They're clean and ensures we are informed on the process on daily. We're so glad we choose Repipe Pro. read more

Art and his crew at Repipe Pro did a outstanding repiping job for my 2bd/2bath townhouse in La Habra and their service stood out for the following reasons: 1. Most Knowledgeable: Of all the different plumber companies I sought for an estimate, Art was the most knowledgeable, and in the first visit he was able to map out where the repiping would be done throughout the house. He gave advice with the owner's affordability in mind and he openly told me what should be done and what was not necessary; no 'upselling'. 2. Asbestos testing: He was the only company that reminded me about getting asbestos testing of the walls and ceiling for my home built in the 1970s. This was good ethical advice and it protected my family from possible asbestos exposure when the cuts are made into the walls/ceilings. Art referred me to licensed asbestos companies for testing. Only when the tests showed no asbestos, that I proceeded with repiping. 2. Efficient crew: His plumbing crew led by Ed arrived promptly (when they say arriving at 8am, they mean it, none of this 'allow for a window of 2 hours' from other plumbers). Repiping included new valves, bathtub handle and faucet, and a new main valve. Repiping with 'Pex A' pipes were essentially done in 1/2 a day. My neighbors commented that the crew were very respectful, quiet, and cleaned up after themselves. 3. Drywall patching and texturing included: no other companies offered this. And by shopping around I know this service is easily $1000-$2000 additional. I love when Art told me 'of course these are included, if you buy a car you should expect to get the steering wheel!' The wall patching/texturing were done after city inspections passed, and I handled the painting myself or you can hire your own painters. 4. Positive attitude/excellent customer service: Repipe Pro was the only company I would easily call/text the owner and he would answer promptly. He made me feel very welcome to reach out with questions. His office did the scheduling and the leg work for getting city inspection, and I just paid the permit fee later. 5. Affordability/flexible financing: On top of all these benefits, his quote was very affordable for my family with young kids. You can also speak to him about financing plans. I would highly recommend Art at Repipe Pro to my family and friends! read more

He explained all options clearly and we talked over changes several times. It's a two day process, repiping day and patching day. Both crews were great but the patching team is amazing. After the first day I was so concerned with the holes created but after the patch team it's like it didn't happen. Put yourself in good hands. I am beyond happy with the result. read more

We have not had any problems with any of the work they did. Not only that, Art had one of his workers return to help my husband install the new bathtub at no charge. When they did the repipe they installed a whole house water filter. A couple of weeks ago, my husband needed to change the filter and accidentally broke the housing while trying to remove it. This meant we had to turn the water main off to the house. We searched the internet trying to find a replacement. We were able to find one, but it was going to take at least 2 to 3 days to get it. In the mean time we would be without water. We contacted Art to see if he knew where we could get a replacement. It was a Saturday afternoon and Art was out of town until later that evening. He said he thought he might have one in his warehouse. He went and checked late that evening and by some miracle he found one. He contacted me and told me he would bring it right over. It was 10:30 at night and I told him he could bring it in the morning since my husband and grandchildren were sleeping and I didn't want my dog to wake them up. He insisted on bringing it right over knowing we were without water. He said he would leave it on my porch so as not to wake them. I contacted Art the next day to arrange payment. He insisted he did not want me to pay for it. Art went out of his way to make sure we had water again quickly. He is an honest, kind, good-hearted man with many years of experience. If you need a plumber you should definitely contact Art at Repipe Pro. read more

I sent text and picture to Art around 9:20pm regarding the water coming from the gap between the house and the sidewalk. Art sent me back the picture right away to indicate the valve on/off position and called me nicely to explain what caused the problem , even the problem was not related to repipe project. I am so lucky , happy and grateful to have repipe pro to do the project 7 months ago. Good service quality and customer satisfaction. Thank you Art. read more

I would definitely recommend Repipe Pro to anyone who is looking to repipe their homes. Art is a very kind and friendly man who explains the repipe process in full detail. My house still had its original galvanized steel pipes and needed to be repiped. I had called a few different plumbers to give me estimates for my whole house repipe and not only did Art give me a very fair and honest price, he also gave me a much better timeline than other plumbers. His crew was very punctual, friendly, and organized. They were able to repipe the entire house in one day. You should definitely give Repipe Pro a call if you're looking to repipe your home. read more

Art and his team were incredible at helping us with a full house repipe in Rowland Heights. One of the most dedicated and professional contractors I've seen (came with copy of contractors' license and insurance upfront for example) and were very competitive on pricing. Can't recommend him more. read more

Art came to give us an estimate to repipe our house. He was polite and very knowledgeable. As we walked around the house, he was able to provide insight as to what it would look like and the process to get there. I appreciated his honesty in making recommendations. as I am a new homeowner. Once we were done walking through the house, I mentioned to him some minor issues that we were having, and he was able to address them immediately! After speaking for a while, he recommended that now might not be the ideal time to repipe everything, if I have plans to remodel the house. He didn't gain a customer this very moment, but when I do decide to need anything done, I'll be sure to go to him! I would highly recommend Art if you have any piping or plumbing needs! read more
