The purchase price on the contract was only good for thirty days which we didn't think would be an issue until Alvord Builders presented us with a contract addendum for an increase in lumber cost, and they tried to give themselves the right to modify the purchase price on all other materials. We were fine with the fixed increase in lumber, but not with giving them the right to modify the purchase price. We told Alvord Builders we would not be signing the addendum, or having them build for us. Alvord Builders maintains no wrong doing, claims we don't understand the contract language, and that we were suppose to just trust them. In trying to recover at least a portion of our deposit we were told that they would not return any of the deposits from the construction contract or the lot, and that if we wrote any reviews about them that they would sue us. This confirms for us that we made the right decision. We are out close to $8,000 in deposits and bank fees because we wouldn't give Alvord Builders the right to change the purchase price at will. We are walking away not even owning the house plans we paid to have drawn under threat of being sued if we share our story so that others can avoid the same. My front door had no overhang or roof over the front door. Wanted to add a little front porch and roof to add curb appeal and make it easier to unlock the door in the rain and snow. They took about 8 hours to do our 3050 sq ft roof…read more Everything was done in one day with a double sized crew in view of weather and time constraints (we were to travel). Not only did they do a fantastic job, they found an excellent company who removed and re-installed our 22 solar panels before the work was done and after the roof work. The work was done at a price point of about $16,700, which was less than half of what W C Rott quoted. Steve Eglin was absolutely incredible. Our roof looks terrific and is expected to hold up for decades. I recommend these guys highly. There is no reason to find any other company to do your roofing work if Aerial is available to do it for you.

Just recently we had Vladimir and Andy put in a new composite deck off the patio doors. Just gorgeous. The newest project by Vladamir and Andy was taking out a Jacuzzi tub. They put in floor tiles, drywalled, used subway tiles and a soaker tub was installed. Also had the sink faucets changed out to match the new tub. The bathroom was painted and now I have a fabulous up to date bathroom. Dave, my project manager was very professional and addressed all concerns about the deck and bathroom. Needless to say, those problem areas are still leaking. I've found more leaks with this new roof than I had with the 20 year old roof from the new construction. I had them come out to "fix" the areas that were leaking and they were here less than 15 minutes. It leaked again after that so they came back and put a some caulk down on a few nails. I'm still finding leaks all over the roof. Absolute crap work.
