We had the roof and all gutters replaced in the fall of 2025. The job was done promptly at a…read morecompetitive price but we had a couple of major issues afterward. The roof started leaking at the vent pipe location. They first sent a guy who, instead of taking responsibility, completely denied there was any problem with the roof and said the vent pipe itself was the problem as it was rusted. We spent a $100 on getting the vent pipe checked out by an HVAC technician, who told us that the pipe was fine - no issues. So, I had to climb on the roof with a garden hose and run water on the roof to show that it was because of bad roof installation - I sent JP the video of the problem (the flashing of the vent pipe was not properly meshed with the shingles), and only then they agreed to fix it. The second problem is with the gutters, which are still not fixed. There is a gap between the new gutters and the roof, which is letting water to come through the gap. I have been trying to get hold of the person - they have promised to come 4 times over the last month but still have not fixed the problem. I have stayed home from work a couple of times just for it, and they did not even inform me that they were not going to make it that day. All in all, a very bad post-install service - a complete lack of professionalism!

I did not realize the work the work involved nor did I realize the dust and mess that it would create. He is very upfront and walked me through each phase and again embraced me for the dust that would travel through out the house even with the plastic tarps taped up to capture it all. The concrete dust was crazy and can't thank Joe and his team for doing an amazing job with the 4 days they were down there. From start to finish they were excellent and you can tell they were seasoned masonry tradesmen and new there stuff. LJ Consturction did a roof job for us in 2018. I had them do a complete tear off so that nothing…read morewas missed. I advised them of problem areas in the past. Needless to say, those problem areas are still leaking. I've found more leaks with this new roof than I had with the 20 year old roof from the new construction. I had them come out to "fix" the areas that were leaking and they were here less than 15 minutes. It leaked again after that so they came back and put a some caulk down on a few nails. I'm still finding leaks all over the roof. Absolute crap work.

They said that they will be there…read moreevery day at 9 AM however one day they didn't show up to 11 so we didn't leave our house unlocked for them they got extremely mad at us. Then you could tell that they rushed the rest of the job through and didn't even finish some of the drywall work and finish some of the flooring. I was sick at the time so with the good ratings that they had, l ended up paying them without doing a thorough inspection. I contacted them many times to make this right and they just ignored me.
