When we planted it came with a 1 year warranty on the plants. At leased a half dozen didn't survive the year. When it came time to replace them it was like pulling teeth to get them to respond. Their excuse was that they only usually do big jobs. We were put on the back burner and avoided until I made threats of a small claims action.They finally replaced plants and shrubs but one did not survive 2 months. When I informed them of this problem they wanted nothing to do with it and said we used up the warranty. They were knocking down my door for the job and money when they started. Honestly, after the first time I just thought it was a one-off bit of being ignored, but same experience each time. On the last visit I decided to buy a small item I needed. The cashier refused to let me use a credit card unless I provided my phone #; he claimed the credit card processor needed it to confirm my identity. So I gave a bogus number and the transaction went through with no problem. I will never return.
