I usally rather give business to small businesses but this one I truly regret. as other has stated…read morehe uses subpar cheap parts. had screen replaced on my phone which cracked several day after. mind you phone was in my pocket. which possibly phone flexing in the pocket while sitting caused the screen to crack. I called him and he says he cant doit because he cant return the screen and i would have to most likely pay agsin, I asked him if it was original which he lied about. and then ignored my calls after that. which caused my camera and s pen to stopped working. had to get phone repaired somewhere else and confirmed repaired job and screen was subpar.

He accurately described each item and the person who brought them in, which confirmed they were mine. Instead of assisting with recovering the stolen property, I was offered the option to purchase my own items back at an extremely high price. I contacted the police, but unfortunately my items were never recovered. After reading other reviews, I noticed multiple people reporting that their stolen devices were also tracked to this same location. Based on my experience and the pattern reflected in other reviews, I strongly encourage others to be cautious and aware before doing business here.

The chiara complained about previous repairs being done to the phone citing that being the reason for failure, while the new shop confirmed that my repairs were adequate and the problems were elsewhere on the board. Amateur, and shady. 2 weeks to return my phone broken, kept my money and citing incorrect issues. Two stars instead of one because I'm sure they're okay for a simple fix like a screen replacement.

Every place I contacted either told me they couldn't help or wanted me to replace the entire unit. Star Service 88 was the first company willing to actually diagnose the problem instead of giving up. The technician took the time to remove my head unit, completely disassemble it, find the issue, and repair it. He explained everything along the way, was patient, and charged a very fair price for the work. It's rare to find someone willing to do component-level electronics repair these days, and that's exactly what they did. On top of fixing my radio, he also noticed my sound system wasn't tuned properly from a previous installation. He took the extra time to balance my speakers and improve the overall sound quality, fixing a problem that another shop had left behind. They solved a problem that over 15 other businesses wouldn't even attempt, and they did it professionally, honestly, and at a fair price. We let an additional day pass by since we had not heard or received confirmation it was ready ..... then still nothing and upon arrival- ITS NOT WORKING :( so then the owner is getting upset and says that my fam member should have KNOWN what was wrong with the tablet. LIKE HELLOOO, you are the professional sir. You were informed prior to leaving the tablet. He told my fam member how it would cost about $600 and my fam member explained to him had he known then he wouldn't have left it in the 1st place. He kept it for about a month with no solution to it. It was brought back home and still not working. Time and money wasted with a bad experience. One thing about working in professional settings and owning businesses if s that you must have good customer service and there was also NO REASON to yell out anything about RACES. He was completely in the wrong and i feel so bad for referring anyone there. ABSOLUTELY NEVER AGAIN GOING NOR SENDING ANYONE THERE. Sir, please be more respectful.

I got my quote and was told my new screen would arrive Tuesday and they would be able to replace it. I went in to give them the deposit, only for them to call me later that day and say the quote they gave me was wrong. The new quote was 20% more and they would need an additional deposit. I decided to let this go since there were so many great reviews and mistakes happen. Tuesday comes and they let me know the new screen hadn't arrived and that it should be in Thursday. Fine, I already paid the deposit and it was only two days more. The screen arrives and I drop my phone off for the replacement. I was told I could come back in 2 hrs, which I did, but they needed an additional 30 mins. I waited in my car for 30 mins before the guy came out and said the new screen had a defect and he needed more time to work on it. He let me know that the defect may not be something he could fix, but by then, he had already opened my phone and messed it up. My only options were to let him keep working on it or leave with a phone worse off than what I left them with. So I hoped he could fix it, but he was unable to. They offered to reorder the part and to come back Tuesday, but I declined. I was willing to pay the more expensive quote because I appreciate great service, which all these reviews indidcated they had. But that didn't seem to be the case after all the hassle. My phone left Byte Me Wireless worse off than it arrived. I understand the defective screen and the late shipping was out of their control, but those issues combined with the wrong quote and the additional wait time made this a horrible experience.
