The ceiling has now partially collapsed, and the mold is spreading. Two roofing companies they supposedly contacted either had no idea what was going on or gave vague timelines with no follow-through. Communication is poor, and they've shown no urgency--even with clear safety hazards. Extremely disappointing and unacceptable management.

There was a leaky shower we had in the bathroom and it created a fungus growing along the bathtub and the wall and we sent them pictures and told them and nothing was done about it. They were as fast as possible when it came to maintenance request. They were polite when reaching out for anything I needed. Respect goes both ways, if you show respect. You'll usually receive it back. As long as you abide by the contract you signed, treat the home as your own, and pay your rent on time. You're more than likely going to be fine. They want to keep charging indefinitely even they don't manage your property. For 1 lease expect to pay 2-3 months of rent to them in 12 months.
