I shopped around and landed on them because of how much they care! They are so knowledgeable about Myrtle Beach biking and were ready to talk shop and answer all my tourist questions. I first went with a mountain bike (which rode like it was brand new!) and then changed it out for an e-bike because I was feeling lazy. I called on a Saturday, and they said they could get me in the next day. When I dropped off my bike, they said they would call to give me an estimate. I didn't hear anything on Sunday, and I left a voice message and sent a text asking for a progress update. I finally reached someone before they closed and was told that they were backed up with rentals and a few repairs before mine. I asked for a general estimate, and I was told around $75 for the rim, depending on which one they could use on my bike. Again, I was told I would get a call with the estimate. I heard nothing on Monday. They are closed on Tuesday. I heard nothing on Wednesday. Around noon on Thursday, I received a call, voicemail and text saying that my bike was ready and the invoice for about $150. I picked it up on Thursday evening, and they did a nice job. My critique is that they need to improve their communication, particularly with estimates.

When reaching out via email to the company the response time was unbelievably quick and they were so kind and happy to change the delivery time without extra charge or any hiccups. They delivered right on time while my mom waited for us to get there and were very kind to her. When we go back I will definitely be renting again. The only thing I wish we had (which isn't a complaint on the company by no means bc they have in depth details on guidelines and regulations on the website) is a map on where we could drive and cross over to get to the car show from where we were staying. As a first time vacationer to Myrtle Beach and new to golf cart guide lines and regulations it was a little difficult to understand what I was reading on where to ride only because my husband and I are way better with an actual map. And it could be there was one and I just couldn't find it. But experience with Scooter Rental was perfect!

They have the typical 49cc Tao Tao scooters, but that's just fine to move ya around town. Then I couldn't drive it bc if I did and came back to no parking then I'm out another $16. Then I got a parking ticket bc of it. The cart itself was suppose to have a radio and it didn't the steering was barely controllable and you can't drive but bout 2-3 miles of the strip. and can't be out past 8pm I maybe put three miles on it over the week and completely wasted $650. Plz plz plz check your condo to make sure u have parking before renting from them they won't help you with anything but taking your money. Spend it on your family instead!!!
