Jeff in sales was fantastic on the customer service side of things. (I am in sales so I am very critical of those that are all great before the sale and then they disappear after) Jason - one of the owners is superb to deal with with any issue after the sale The Crew at S2 has been fantastic to deal with and they put you first and keep you there after the sale. When reaching out via email to the company the response time was unbelievably quick and they were so kind and happy to change the delivery time without extra charge or any hiccups. They delivered right on time while my mom waited for us to get there and were very kind to her. When we go back I will definitely be renting again. The only thing I wish we had (which isn't a complaint on the company by no means bc they have in depth details on guidelines and regulations on the website) is a map on where we could drive and cross over to get to the car show from where we were staying. As a first time vacationer to Myrtle Beach and new to golf cart guide lines and regulations it was a little difficult to understand what I was reading on where to ride only because my husband and I are way better with an actual map. And it could be there was one and I just couldn't find it. But experience with Scooter Rental was perfect!

If I could give this place a negative zero I would. We rented a golf cart from then our first day…read morein Myrtle Beach with the intention of using it to get around our resort. After driving it we noticed that the cart was in terrible condition. The seats were badly welded on and it was very loud and very unsafe. We decided to return the cart but couldn't do so until the next day since we picked it up right before they closed. They told us no problem, they would refund us for everything with the exception of one day rental. When we returned it the employee said that the person that did the refund would take care of it but they weren't there right then. Okay, no problem. Enjoyed the rest of our week, returned home to find that they only refunded a little over half of the weekly rental. Called and of course the person that handled refunds wasn't in. Call back in Wednesday, same. Finally my husband gets to speak to someone (not the person who handles refunds) but was told that no, they refunded the correct amount. Over $300 for a day rental for a cart we couldn't drive. Buyer beware of this business! There is another business there with much nicer carts, use them instead!

I shopped around and landed on them because of how much they care! They are so knowledgeable about Myrtle Beach biking and were ready to talk shop and answer all my tourist questions. I first went with a mountain bike (which rode like it was brand new!) and then changed it out for an e-bike because I was feeling lazy. They helped me switch out quickly and got me back on the road in no time. I put on probably 50 miles in 3 days and only had to charge once. Totally made my vacation. Thanks!!!!
