When reaching out via email to the company the response time was unbelievably quick and they were so kind and happy to change the delivery time without extra charge or any hiccups. They delivered right on time while my mom waited for us to get there and were very kind to her. When we go back I will definitely be renting again. The only thing I wish we had (which isn't a complaint on the company by no means bc they have in depth details on guidelines and regulations on the website) is a map on where we could drive and cross over to get to the car show from where we were staying. As a first time vacationer to Myrtle Beach and new to golf cart guide lines and regulations it was a little difficult to understand what I was reading on where to ride only because my husband and I are way better with an actual map. And it could be there was one and I just couldn't find it. But experience with Scooter Rental was perfect!

For the past several years, I have exclusively preferred, recommended and used Wheelchair and Scooter Rentals of MB for different reasons. 1)Customer Service - Bill is responsive and timely with any repair, replacement or item needed. 2)Knowledgeable - the ability to help problem solve and provide fixes for simple and complex issues is outstanding 3) Reliable - this is something that I have struggled finding with most DME companies through the years. Wheelchair and Scooter Rentals stands behind every item, nut and bolt that they touch. I just wanted to take a minute to thank Bill and his staff for the outstanding job and care they provide for the thousands of patients in the Horry/Georgetown and surrounding areas. **DISCLAIMER** I have no stake or interest in Wheelchair and Scooter Rentals of MB.

The chair was smaller than a normal recliner, and the first night I tried to sleep on it, my feet were hanging off the chair. I'm 5'5", so not a tall person. I called the company the next day and asked if they had a larger chair. The lady who answered the phone said the chair was rated for up to 300 pounds. Well, I weigh half that much; and the issue was the length. She told me that was all they had. There was no refund. So, $250 down the drain; and I had no chair to sleep in at night. I asked them to pick up the chair as it would not be used. They may be okay for scooters; but if you're looking for a recliner, I'd look elsewhere.
