Meaning I now have to submit more work orders and schedule more appointments to fix the cheap lousy "repairs" your team does. It's not worth the trouble. We reported the roof leak over a year before it was fixed. Oh, and when they did fix decide to fix it...there was a storm in LA that weekend and the construction workers they hired didn't cover their work with tarp so it rained all over my apartment and my bed. A MacBook pro was damaged amongst other valuable things. We had to sleep in my living room because they didn't want to pay for a hotel room. They said we would be reimbursed if we decided to get one on our own but we didn't trust that. Especially since we were lied to for over a year about when repairs were going to be done to our apartment. Our garbage disposal stopped working and wasn't fixed for months. As a result, we had gnats flying all over our apartment. Disgusting! But that's not the worst thing, we had to sleep in our living rooms from our bedroom being flooded...and they still wanted that months rent, which was over $1800. When we asked to speak directly with the landlord, they said just kept saying that he was unavailable. I feel like this company protects slumlords. You will be reported to the BBB. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!
