This company is what wrong with the housing market and what will cause the next house crisis, they are bullies. I'm 37 years old. In almost 20 years of renting in LA, I've never been asked for tax returns -- not even when I bought a property. This is ridiculous. Extremely rude, invasive, and discriminatory. They're clearly looking for any reason to reject people. Complete waste of time. Stay away.

As a result, we had gnats flying all over our apartment. Disgusting! But that's not the worst thing, we had to sleep in our living rooms from our bedroom being flooded...and they still wanted that months rent, which was over $1800. When we asked to speak directly with the landlord, they said just kept saying that he was unavailable. I feel like this company protects slumlords. You will be reported to the BBB.
