Such a wonderful service and company to work with! The owner (Tony) is professional, kind, and so helpful. I rented a commercial Precor and the whole process was so easy. He was patient when he came by as we had to try several plugs to find the right one and lined it up exactly where I needed it to be. He and his coworker also wiped it off really well when dropping it off due to COVID, which was much appreciated. He also managed a repair. I appreciated the clear and diligent communication! An elliptical rental delivered to my garage that my whole family can use is way cheaper than gym memberships for all of us, and way more effective since I can get to it in seconds rather than fifteen minutes of driving each way. I rented an elliptical from these guys for a few months. They delivered it the day I called. The prices were good. I needed something at home because our car was totaled in an accident and I wouldnt be able to make it to the gym as much. I was so impressed with how high tech this elliptical was and for a great price. I invested in some weights to help, and a few yoga dvds, and now I dont even see the need to change all my clothes, find my lock run to the gym, work out, change clothes, shower, run back home. etc... it takes SO MUCH TIME to work out. How often do you find yourself frustrated because it takes you 2+ hours just to get in a 45-1 hour work out. NOT to mention having a gym bag, extra work out clothes, shampoo etc... and buying an elliptical is a big expense, putting it together is obnoxious. If you don't like what you rent from them, they will bring you a different one, or trade it out for a higher end one later on or a different machine when you feel your body needs a change. Make some room in your house, let go of excuses, and get yourself a work out machine in the convenience of your home. read more

Great guys...super quick and very easy to work with. I did the rent to own program where for $20 bucks a month more than the rental fee, you OWN it in 1 year! About 1/2 way through, I switched to an elliptical from a treadmill...due to my knees...for a flat delivery fee they came an exchanged them! WOW...customer service like it should be. Did you know that you can rent an exercise machine? Me either until I stumbled upon this company about 6 months ago. It's the greatest. I had just moved back from out of state and wasn't sure if I wanted to buy a machine or join a gym. So, I rented an elliptical runner for the last 6 months and it has been great. No excuses to not exercise now!! The equipment was fantastic and they had quite a selection. The guys (Anthony & Andrew) even were super prompt to do a service call when it made the slightist noise. I would like to keep the service, but since I'll be traveling for the next few months; I can return it no questions asked. Great customer service and ethical business practices. I bought a used treadmill from Rent A Tread and it was a downright pleasant experience. It was obvious immediately that they really care about the equipment and their customers. Anthony delivered our treadmill, brought me a lubrication kit and walked me through servicing my treadmill to ensure its long life. Also, when he delivered it, we discovered the ipod plug was askew. Rent A Tread is an impressive business. I was visiting the Seattle area for 6 weeks, just as I had last year. Both times I rented an exercise bike. The cost is very reasonable, and the convenience of having my own equipment in the apartment was wonderful. But the best part is their service. Great service from cheerful, helpful treadmill specialists! I wanted to set up a treadmill desk, and these guys listened to what I needed and helped me make it happen. They delivered it for me, set it up for me, and when I was finished with it, happily came to pick it up for me. At one point, I needed a different cable for the treadmill, and Tony personally delivered it to me! I wasn't completely sure if I was going to like a treadmill desk, so I really appreciated the option of renting a treadmill first. (For the record, I love my treadmill desk!)
