The bonus that they offer is kind of a scam. They offer a free dinner at Rodizio's grill but won't send you your certificate unless you hound them for it. You have to call back, and if you leave a voicemail, they don't return your call. Both my son and I had our windshields replaced through them, after multiple calls they finally sent the Rodizio's gift certificates but they expire in a couple of days. Also, they claim to give a $50 referral to both the person who referred you and the recipient of the new glass but then won't pay this.

The repair was done at the convenience of me being in my house. My crack wasn't terrible but didn't want it growing he was done within 15mins. They take cash or card. These guys did a great job painting my classic car. I'd say what I have, but prefer to remain…read moreanonymous. Suffice it to say, it's a classic car that I wanted to look good, but I was on a budget at the same time. However, before deciding to have them paint my car, I spoke with Tim, one the co-owners, who has decades of industry experience and knows what materials and paint to use. The bulk of their work is collision repair, but they also do classic cars, and sport cars to restoration and show car quality. there is always a classic muscle car or 3 they are working on. Their prices were also very reasonable, and painted my car even though they didn't do the body work. In fact, they fixed a couple things they didn't have to fix that was left over from the previous body worker, and sanded down and re-primered the parts they fixed. That was really cool, because they didn't have to do that, either, and they didn't charge extra for doing it. They painted 3 coats of base, and 3 coats of clear and my car looks great! Better than it ever did. Also, while I was in the waiting room a few times, I saw how Tim interacted with the customers. He was very nice to them and accommodating. One customer wanted to repair their car, but wanted to pay out of pocket instead of an insurance claim, and Tim worked with that person, even adjusting the price some to help that person afford it. A lot of places just do it for the insurance claims, but don't help the person trying to save a few bucks by avoiding a claim. Bottom line is I had a very positive experience with Redbird Automotive, and I was happy with the reasonable price, and the quality of work they did. There are a lot of body shops that charge a little less, but use far inferior quality materials, but I feel Redbird is run by a nice people who are a straight shooters, and is a shop you can trust.

He also showed me that I needed a tire rotation and a new tire due to worn tire tread. I knew this was advice that was meant to help me and not get more money because he directed me to go to a tire shop, such as Discount Tire, for the best prices for the tire(s) and rotation. I immediately went to a tire shop closer to where I live and they recommended 3 new tires with a rotation. I would not have gotten new tires if it weren't for Mr. Garcia, and although I am not thrilled spending money on tires, I definitely know it was necessary and that it saved me from potential tire failure/tire blowout on my road trip the next day. I am pleased with the expedient and excellent service, very fair price, and honest advice that I got from Garcia's Auto Shop. I will be back.
