So Riverwsood Claims Management (insurance) set up with schedule pickup car everything etc. And this company ask me before I can take the rental car I have to pay out of my pocket for $50 deposit just in case I damage their car. And they will give it back when I drop the car off. Which I did get my money back. A year later, they charged me $229 without telling me anything. I thought my card was stolen so I went back to this rental place. The front desk lady said because the insurance didn't pay so they have to charge me. Isn't they should talk to that insurance company? Instead, they keep my credit card information in their system for whole year and charge me without letting me know.
