In 2019 I had to pack up my home and put it away in storage for awhile. The same year while I was away there was a major flood that came through the area. Hearing of the flood, and that even cars had been flooded and were in need major repairs. I was concerned to say the least, that my belongings in storage would have major water damage. To my surprise they were still as good as new upon my return. The facility is well trenched and if that flood didn't damage anyone's belongings there I don't for see any water damage happening in the future. My advise to anyone storing sensitive items, anywhere not just here, that you do your do diligence and properly prepare. Keep electronics away from the floor and saran wrap furniture to prevent humidity from getting into them and causing that funky mildew smell from effecting them. Over all, I'll be storing there again in the future.

Told them I didn't need the unit on the following Tuesday (because I was not anymore...That's FIVE days...) Apart from not getting back my refund, I was talked to VERY rude, and VERY short. They talk a big game that they support the troops and are flexible because they know the army is forever changing their minds, but when it was time to prove it, they came up short. Cons: -Monthly rates and will eventually go up in price, but not back down when prices drop in town. Meaning when prices drop, you rent adjacent units the same size and move your stuff and canceled your unit to get your price reduced. Customer service could not do it for me. It didn't make sense, more work for them and me due to bad policy/systems. - climate controlled entrance had broken door handles. - drive up storage doors were leaking when windy storms came in rendering first 5" flooring wet. Definitely use some pallets or shelves. You will have water in your unit. Unfortunately, customer service couldn't help with any of this.
