I don't usually write reviews but the customer service from this store was terrible enough that I would hate for it to happen to anyone else, especially if you are placing a larger order!!. I went into this store to design a shirt for an event. After designing the shirt to be green with yellow writing the associate printed me off a quote for what the price would be for both a tank and a tee. He explained to me that there was a large price break once your ordered around 25 or more. We ended up needing 32 shirts so I went into the store to quickly place my order (I had people waiting in the car and it was over 90 degrees outside), pay for it, and have them change the spelling of a word on the shirt that had been misspelled. What should have taken 10 minutes or less ended up taking me well over 45 minutes due to their software program (how hard should it be to simply change spelling of a word?!) and the associate being in the middle of placing my order on the computer and giving the computer up to another girl in the store "who only needed to purchase one shirt". By this point I had already said I was in a hurry a few times and gave the girl my order and said can you please just call me with the total and I will pay for it. She turned to me and said "cant you wait just like three more minutes?" Needless to say it was a good thing that I made my next errand run lat (and the people in the care wait) because what she said the price was going to be was $4.00 per shirt higher. Long story short even though the quote was given to me at the other price they weren't going to honor it. Mildly upsetting but still not to the point where I would give them a bad review. I had to check with others and then get back with them so I called back in to place my order for 32 shirts and paid for it, at a different price from the second quote I got by the way! I got my order and compared it with the spreadsheet that I had read off to the associate on the phone and it was incorrect by 5 shirts. When I called to get it corrected the girl said that "it was exactly what they had written down on the order, so it did not appear to be their mistake". I asked to have a manager call me back and she was supposed to be in at 12:00 the next day and would call me as soon as she got in as she was already aware of the problem. 6:00PM the next day, and away on vacation mind you, I call in because the event I need the shirts by is in 4 days and still havent heard from them. End up speaking to the guy who took my original order on the phone who says the same thing, that basically they dont believe it was their fault because it came in exactly as they had ordered it. Well OBVIOUSLY, but since it was a phone order I have no confirmation of what I ordered. Beings I had a spreadsheet premade with the orders that never changed I have a very difficult time believing I placed it to him incorrectly. He said he would be willing to give me 20% off if I ordered another 5 shirts and they could print them in the store but they wouldnt look quite the same. I asked him to email me the total, this way everything is in writing. He emails me with a quote that is over $7.00 higher per shirt than what I had paid for the original shirts and that was with the 20% off!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I email him back asking about the new price. 4 days away from when I need them. I get an email back TWO DAYS LATER. (Hows that for a cherry on top?!) and he says yep, it will be more for the shirt because "its a different kind of printing" they have to do in store. So in other words I would have had a total of 37 shirts ordered from here and this is how I was treated. In the midst of all of this, get to talking to two other people who were attending the event and they have had very similar mistakes with them unwilling to budge on incorrect orders. I almost wonder if they get in trouble if an order is wrong, or maybe they have to pay for it themselves. I will never recommend them. The way they were so unwilling to budge after all of these mistakes is pretty awful. read more
