I took two shirts in to get embroidery done. It was about three inches wide and two inches tall on…read morethe left pocket. I brought in a small 1.5 inch by 2 inch flag patch to be sewn on the right pocket. Mind you, I brought in the shirts. I didn't buy them there. When completed, Ed Ramirez Sr. charged me close to $40.00. I thought that was fair. When the transaction was complete and I was about to walk out the door, he says, "Oh, I only charged you for one shirt." Now mind you, I felt that close to $80.00 for embroidery on two shirts was high but that would have caused me to give them 3 stars. This is where it gets good. I have had other projects with this company so he knew I would be back on future projects. Their Quality, quite frankly had been just ok. Not steller. I offered to pay for the other shirt right then, before I left. I'm guessing because Ed knew I'd be back and it was getting late, he said, "We'll get it next time." Shortly after, Ed started calling my work and bugging them to get payment from me. WTF. One, Why did he have me leave that night when I offered to pay? Two, Why are you calling my work and not my personal phone? So, I can't recommend using this company. I will not use them again. Their work is ok, not WOW. Ed Ramirez Sr. doesn't understand what you want, forgets what you told him, gets thing wrong, and then is not very nice about it. I had been very patient with him till this. Call my work and demand payment, REALLY.
