Terrible terrible service!!! Never got a call back never answered the phone when trying to reach out to the lady she never picked up. As a Latina I always try to go to local latina businesses but the disrespect and unprofessionalism of the boss was astronomical. After five phone calls and a discussion with her today I was told that my clothing was already sent to the Salvation Army. Mind you she's had my clothing since August and said it should be done in a month. Since a month passed I've been reaching out to her and only today do I finally have my clothing. Nothing was done to them she had them for 9 months and nothing was done!!! Hateful lady after walking out she says that's why I don't work with Mexicans!! read more

I am so pleased to have found such a talented seamstress! I took in six pairs of slacks, five needing hemmed and one seam repair, and couldn't be more impressed by the quality of her work. They are all done to proper length, finished nicely, and the repair is perfection! Pricing was very fair for such quality work. I will be bringing all of my alteration/repair needs to this establishment in the future. I needed a place to alter a formal dress. I called ahead as I am a Soldier and had to drive all the way from Fort Riley, and the lady stated if I was there before 5:30pm she would help me. When I arrived at 5:15pm she turned me away and told me to come another day. I reitterated what she told me on the phone about being there before 5:30pm. She continued to turn me away. The lady told me it would cost 28 dollars to put a new zipper on a dress of mine. The new zipper would of cost me more than the dress itself. On top of that it would of taken two weeks for just a new zipper. I have never paid more than 15 dollars back at home for a zipper replacement, so I found her price to be a little ridiculous. I will be taking my business somewhere else. read more

This woman is a lifesaver. I bought the largest size bridesmaid dress that jcrew had available in time for my friends wedding (kind of short notice). I agonized for quite a while because it wouldn't zip. I hoped, and failed to lose weight, and procrastinated. I finally took it in to All Stitched Up only two weeks out from the wedding. I was terrified that I would be too late, or they'd tell me there was nothing they could do. I had no plan B. It was no problem. All of the alterations I've had done at All Stitched Up have been exquisitely done. The owner is very good at her craft, she turns orders around very quickly, and she's made an extra effort when I need things hemmed in a short time. It took them 2 weeks to shorten my curtains 6.5 inches. Thought it was a fairly simple job. In addition to the wait, when I arrived to pick up the curtains, they were not ready 1.5 hours prior to closing. To top it all off, the curtains were not even. One is about 0.5 inches longer than the other. read more

I will never in my life bring anything here again, for one it smells funny in there and the lady charged an arm and a leg to get a little bit altered and she didn't even do a great job, she charged more to alter it then what I paid for the dress. I don't recommend going here... read more

I was at first pleased with the way I was treated. She was nice and we set a date for me to pick up the bridesmaid dress I was dropping off to be hemmed. I come to pick it up thinking it would be around $20 maybe $30 to hem and I get a bill of $70!! I was too shocked to ask why but if I had known ahead of time how much it would have cost, I would have had david's bridal do it or taken it to KC where I know a lady would have done it for under $30. She prices out her dressing hemming as $15 ish online and at the store but it is all LIES! read more
