The store has plenty of choice for every item you need for your dog and cat. Unfortunately, no cakes! The store keeper informed us that they do not suggest sizes, which is kind of very uninformative and not helpful. I felt that she is there only as a cashier and not for helping the customers. Store is not cheap. I bought a jacket for my dog, a bandana, few rawhide bones, meat pieces, a warm hat for $200. They do not have a loyalty program. I reserve one star for the store keeper's knowledge of products and for refusing to suggest sizes. I understand they do not want liability for wrong size purchases but other stores like pet value, etc. all happily suggest sizes

Every petsmart…read moreI've been to has offered awful and terrible customer service and have barely to no knowledge about most of the products they offer until stepping foot into this petsmart. The staff here are very patient and helpful. Usually if I'm being treated poorly I won't purchase anything from the store since there are other stores out there that offer the same products but treat the customers far better. We ended up leaving with an orthopaedic dog bed, some nice and cute little toys, and a brand newly engraved name tag. Will definitely come back to this location.
