The store has a spacious screened off room for a local cat rescue. You're able to look at the cats from both inside and outside of the store. The cats don't seem to be there long so I figure TruPet and the cat rescue must be doing a good job finding them homes.

Meow Woo Studio is divided into two sections: the cat area, and the cafe where they sell drinks (bubble tea) and some snacks (cakes and muffins). Before going into the cat area you have to put on plastic foot covers and sanitize your hands. There are also optional masks available and lint rollers (for when you leave, also optional). Unfortunately, you can't bring food or drink into the cat area but that makes sense for the safety of the cats. Also, as a quick fyi- the employee in the cat area needs to let you in and out so no cats wander out! There were a ton of cats and plenty of places to sit in the cat area. There are toys you can use to play with the cats and cat treats you can buy at an additional cost. I had a ton of fun petting and watching cats over the course of a few hours! You can't stay as long as you like and you are allowed to come and go as you please throughout the day. Finally, I just wanted to say how friendly the staff is! The individual behind the cafe counter was really nice and brought our drinks to our table when we were ready to have them. The individual in the cat area was obviously really good with the cats but he was also super friendly, having chats with guests and helping kids pet cats. They really help make Meow Woo Studio so inviting and an awesome person place to visit!

I spend days going through his non allergenic fur to catch as many Matt's as I can but it's always not enough for Jessica. I think saying his pink skin will turn red, use other apparatus on him, might get sick. Hey how about putting conditioner on Charlie & slowly work through some of the tiny Matt's you always over emphasize about. Finally someone came after 8mins, only for me to get told that my dog will not have a grooming. I forgot his paper of vaccination but yet he had updated tags. I have never had a problem with only showing tags. I did offer a 5 minute I'll go back home grab papers, but was told well it's already this time now we'll rebook. What the heck, your store is not even busy you have no other customers but me and you opened your store late. Needless to say you lost me as a customer. I had to wait 2 weeks already for an appointment, woke up at 7:30 in the a.m. on a Saturday, got my baby ready at 7:40 made breakfast for baby and waited for someone to watch him while I bring my dog for grooming only to stand outside because you PETSMART didn't open your doors on time and tell you it would literally take me 5mins to get the flipping paperwork for my dog even though he has his tags. Get with the program most groomers are satisfied with up to date tags. I will never ever go back to your store or any PETSMART EVER AGAIN. Oh and your not worth a STAR lucky for you yelp doesn't post without one but I give you a major NO STAR and 5 THUMBS DOWN.

Ren's is amazing and has a large inventory of items and really great sales (sometimes up to 40% off! the anniversary sale is the BEST). The main difference between Ren's and PetsMart is that Ren's sells mostly external well-known pet brands such as Stella and Chewy's, Outward Hound items, etc. where as the other store is now internalizing and producing a lot of in-house brands (i.e releasing products under a different name but still under the company). I am not knocking on them for doing this, but I've found that Ren's has a lot more exciting products from different brands that are well-known for a reason, and I love trying out new items. It's essentially a blend of PetValu's uniqueness and PetsMart's largeness. I've found their prices to be on par or maybe a little higher, but their sales are super good and I've now started to order online which is a really easy process. I particularly like this location as it's easy to travel to, location is great and not in a high traffic area, and staff are helpful and kind. LOVE REN'S. Been using this brand for years and my dog still go crazy for it... smells and tastes great, I am assuming lol. Nomnom also loves her Greenies cacine dental treats... because brushing her teeth is harder than getting a screaming kid to eat their veggies lol. The store keeper informed us that they do not suggest sizes, which is kind of very uninformative and not helpful. I felt that she is there only as a cashier and not for helping the customers. Store is not cheap. I bought a jacket for my dog, a bandana, few rawhide bones, meat pieces, a warm hat for $200. They do not have a loyalty program. I reserve one star for the store keeper's knowledge of products and for refusing to suggest sizes. I understand they do not want liability for wrong size purchases but other stores like pet value, etc. all happily suggest sizes

I went to Winners and found an organic dog shampoo and conditioners for a third of what Global sells them for. Also bought a doggy bed that was beautiful fluffy for so much less than Global. They also had an assortment of doggy coats for so much less than pet stores like Global charges.
