The store has a spacious screened off room for a local cat rescue. You're able to look at the cats from both inside and outside of the store. The cats don't seem to be there long so I figure TruPet and the cat rescue must be doing a good job finding them homes.

The staff working that day was super nice. She helped me take pic with a cat and also answered questions promptly. She was also very friendly. There are two admission and I chose the one that is $19.99 that includes a drink. There is no option for no ice and it starts at less ice. For sugar, you can customize for no sugar to 100% sugar. There are a number of cats there such as ragdolls, dex Rex, bengal, dsh etc This is not just a cat cafe but also a coffee and dessert shop. There are about 10 tables with chairs and the decor is super cute. PLastic covers need to be wear on your shoes when you go inside the cat room. The good thing about this place that the admission is good for the whole day and you can come back and drop in later until closing time and time certainly flies when in the company of the cats Highly recommend to check them out. The cats are so cute and they seemed to have different cats at times, cats that i haven't seen in my past visits.

I think saying his pink skin will turn red, use other apparatus on him, might get sick. Hey how about putting conditioner on Charlie & slowly work through some of the tiny Matt's you always over emphasize about. I love Petsmart just not some groomers here in Richmond Hill off of Elgin Mills Road beside the Costco in Markham area. so stand up for yourselves cause it's so frustrating to tell Jessica that i do not want my entire dog shaved just because of a few Matt's. please & thank you Coral!! I have never had a problem with only showing tags. I did offer a 5 minute I'll go back home grab papers, but was told well it's already this time now we'll rebook. What the heck, your store is not even busy you have no other customers but me and you opened your store late. Needless to say you lost me as a customer. I had to wait 2 weeks already for an appointment, woke up at 7:30 in the a.m. on a Saturday, got my baby ready at 7:40 made breakfast for baby and waited for someone to watch him while I bring my dog for grooming only to stand outside because you PETSMART didn't open your doors on time and tell you it would literally take me 5mins to get the flipping paperwork for my dog even though he has his tags. Get with the program most groomers are satisfied with up to date tags. I will never ever go back to your store or any PETSMART EVER AGAIN. When shopping for pet supplies, the first store you'd probably think about is PetsMart, but I'm…read morevery glad that I broadened my horizons and looked at other places which led me to Ren's! Ren's is amazing and has a large inventory of items and really great sales (sometimes up to 40% off! the anniversary sale is the BEST). The main difference between Ren's and PetsMart is that Ren's sells mostly external well-known pet brands such as Stella and Chewy's, Outward Hound items, etc. where as the other store is now internalizing and producing a lot of in-house brands (i.e releasing products under a different name but still under the company). I am not knocking on them for doing this, but I've found that Ren's has a lot more exciting products from different brands that are well-known for a reason, and I love trying out new items. It's essentially a blend of PetValu's uniqueness and PetsMart's largeness. I've found their prices to be on par or maybe a little higher, but their sales are super good and I've now started to order online which is a really easy process. I particularly like this location as it's easy to travel to, location is great and not in a high traffic area, and staff are helpful and kind. LOVE REN'S. Please open up a store in the Markham/Richmond Hill area!!! 5/5

Been using this brand for years and my dog still go crazy for it... smells and tastes great, I am assuming lol. Nomnom also loves her Greenies cacine dental treats... because brushing her teeth is harder than getting a screaming kid to eat their veggies lol. Ren's pretty much have anything you can think of - food, treats, collars & leashes, toys, cute socks & booties, winter jacket, comfy beds, travel kits, grooming essentials - truly a one stop shop for all your pet needs! Store is not cheap. I bought a jacket for my dog, a bandana, few rawhide bones, meat pieces, a warm hat for $200. They do not have a loyalty program. I reserve one star for the store keeper's knowledge of products and for refusing to suggest sizes. I understand they do not want liability for wrong size purchases but other stores like pet value, etc. all happily suggest sizes
