I reached out on a Friday to have my trash cans cleaned and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they responded. They got back to me early Saturday morning and were able to come out and clean my trash cans that same day! The entire process was fast, easy, and professional. Their pricing was very reasonable, and the service exceeded my expectations. My trash cans look and smell so much better. They also offer monthly membership plans, which I'm definitely considering because of how convenient and efficient they were. I highly recommend this company if you're looking for great customer service, quick response times, and quality work. I'll definitely be using them again! read more

Great customer service! Very clean bins, and really nice people! I will be switching to Bin Busters from a competitor who went to a very annoying AI system that makes it impossible to speak with a human. read more

I am signed up for quarterly service. Last service, I forgot to takeout my recycling bin and messaged them to see if it could be rescheduled. They responded promptly and rescheduled for the next trash and recycling day with no issues! My trash cans always smell amazing after this service and the pricing is reasonable! It keeps me from spraying the cans down and watching dirty water pool up in my yard. Highly recommend!! read more

This is a great service to get your garbage bins cleaned. Our garbage can had some dried paint inside that we couldn't get off with a hose and it had also started to smell a little funky. I decided to sign up for bin busters quarterly service to get both our garbage can and recycle bin cleaned every three months. I have only had the service done once so far but after one service the stuck on paint we couldn't get out of our garbage bin was almost all gone and our garbage bins no longer smell. Bin Busters come the day after your scheduled garbage day so be sure to have your garbage cans left out for their service. They send you an email/text the night before to remind you. Once done they roll your garbage/recycle bins up to your driveway. The bins will be a bit wet, so I just opened the lids for them to dry before rolling it back into my garage. Great service to keep your bins clean. read more

What a fantastic service. Our garbage cans were so disgusting and vile. So when I saw that there was a bin cleaning service my husband and I decided to give it a try. We leave the bins out after the trash has been collected. They drive up and clean them out. I didn't see them clean the containers I am beyond pleased with the outcome. I couldn't believe how clean they were and how clean they smell. I can't tell you how nice it is to toss trash away in a clean trash can. Just an FYI, mom-and-pop businesses are the backbone of our country. Thank you Reno-Sparks Bin Busters for offering this service. read more

I had known about this business for about a year before requesting a quote. I had been debating it, but decided against it at the time because it seemed counterintuitive to spend money on cleaning something that will just hold trash. When I pulled the plug because between animal waste, decomposing grass clippings (sidenote: reno waste management needs to offer a yard waste only bin like Carson City does), smelly food waste and it being summer time with heat AND keeping our bins in our garage, I wanted to test it out. It was quick, filled out application quote and bins were shiny and clean less than 24 hours later. One thing I wasn't expecting was how eatly they come. I had assumed they'd be over mid day, but they came at 7 am, and I hadn't put my bins back out. They texted me after they left and were gracious enough to come back and clean them. Thoroughly surprised by all the steps involved, as I had assumed it'd be a simple lift and power wash and that's it type gig, but they hand power wash, scrub brush insides, machine power wash, more scrubbing and inspecting, more hand power washing.... well, you get the picture. Incredible amount of attention to detail just for rubbish bins! It's $10 a bin. You can add more if you want. And you get $10 off the first service. They have different schedules to chose from, like weekly, biweekly, monthly, and even quarterly, I believe. I'm set up monthly at the moment, so it's $20/month. If I've convinced you this is a pretty snazzy, inexpensive service that's supports local businesses, let me know in a comment or DM, I'll send you a referral code! I don't even think I get a future discount, but I feel like everyone could benefit from a service like this, especially during the hot months. Also no te for widow webs and spiders to take cover on your bins either. I actually paused service through late fall to May and restarted back up to monthly. A year later and it's still $10/bin. They come the next day after your trash day, so be aware as sometimes we've forgotten and put trash in (which they actually take out and still clean the bins). They send a reminder text now the day before and when they are their way. Super easy and fast communication and job thoroughly well done. read more

Used the service for almost two years and still would if I hadn't moved out of the area. They were timely and professional, and I loved having clean trashcans. It is totally affordable, and I recommend this service to anyone. read more

Received a quote to clean the 6 cans at my triplex in Reno which I approved and booked the appointment for today. The company shows up and tried to up charge me from the quote, by 2 to 3 times. He stated he was doing so as the cans have 3 different addresses even though all 6 cans are being cleaned at a single location in front of the triplex. No where on their site does it state that this is how they charge. Terrible business practices Bin Busters and would never recommend any company who engages in shady business like this. read more

My bins were nasty. Bin Busters got them sparkling clean. Highly Recommend. Very Polite employee.

My cans stunk!!! What an awesome service. Saw them on a Facebook ad. They are prompt, friendly, and extremely thorough. After my cans went through it's cycle it wasn't clean enough so he scrubbed and ran through cycle again. The really nice thing is that the disgusting water waste is treated later and not put into our sewer system. $25 for your first service great value. My trash cans actually smell good now!!! 3/22 read more

Reno Sparks Bin Busters - Before - Pressure Washers Near Me

I made an appointment and made my reservation. Confirmed appointment with a text message and email. The day of my appointment I left my bins out ready to go. Late afternoon comes around and my bins are untouched. I reached out several of times and no reply. Then next day I get a text message they are 5 minutes away. I replied and stated we were not home and I did not have an appointment that day. It was the day before. Again no reply. I'm a little confused and disappointed so far about this business. Not to mention, someone called from the text number and it was a bunch of kids saying mean things to each other Has anyone else had these issues with them? read more

Extremely happy with the service provided. I saw there trailer approximately a year ago, called the number but no call back, wasn't sure if they were open at the time. Recently learned they were open and called again, they didn't call back, I'm not sure they respond to phone calls. I did go online and register for service, this is the way to go. I received a text message shortly after registration, I also received several other texts up to our appointment date. We had them service the bins the day after disposal service due to the infrequent times they empty our recycling. I signed up for the monthly service and the price is extremely fair for the value. I have to say I don't believe the bins looked and I know didn't smell this good when new. I had left the bins on the edge of the driveway, when done they moved them to the side yard in front of the fence. I highly recommend this company and service, the employee was very professional, the area, street was clean afterward. Great job. read more

Nosey and does the bare minimum. Bad customer service. Looking for the quick buck. I definitely wouldn't recommend and have signed up with their competitor who is better in cleaning and customer service. read more

So easy to use this service! Just left my cans out after trash day and they come by and clean them! They were so clean and smelled good afterwards I was shocked! I will definitely be using them on a regular basis! read more

We've been using them over a year and they're always reliable and provide great value. This last time, even with the reminder texts and emails, we still forgot to put the cans at the curb. I assumed they would skip us but they actually brought the cans down to the street and returned them once they were done. They always return the cans back up at the house but it was greatly appreciated that they took the time to go grab the cans when we forgot. read more

Good communication. Verifuko what days my cans would be out. Did a thorough job. Would definitely recommend.

They did a great job, years of nastiness removed in a half hour. No more stinky backyard. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for spring cleaning They did a awesome job. read more

I highly recommend Reno Sparks Bin Busters !! When I first saw this service being offered I was very grateful FINALLY Someone was available. Many options for repetition of service to meet various needs. I am extremely pleased with the results and am not worried about trying to do the job myself as I am a senior. And not in high school! Does a VERY thorough job. Definitely recommend. There was trash stuck on the bottom and he ran the cycle multiple times as well as scrubbed, scraped, and sanitized by hand. Bins are like brand new now. This was well worth the price. Also very responsive -- scheduling and payment was a breeze via web and text. read more

The service itself was great. Our bins were squeaky clean and smelled nice. This will be a new essential for us in the summer time. My only note is that their scheduling could use some fine-tuning. Highly recommended and will use again. read more

What an amazing service! Found them on an Instagram ad, filled out the form, got a text message to set up a time, and they showed up and I paid online. Totally contactless. My trash cans have to be in my garage per HOA, and they no longer smell like the rotting corpses of long-gone chickens. I set mine up for quarterly cleaning. Highly recommend. Great price, too. read more

I came across Bin Busters on social media. I thought what a strange business. That same night I threw a bag a trash in the trash can and took a look inside, I never really paid attention. It was pretty darn dirty and it didn't exactly smell great. So i look them up online, made an appointment, all very easy. I set the wrong day, and my recycle was still full, I called them and they moved my cleaning day a week out, no problems, very helpful. They came out the following week, cleaned the cans and put them up by the garage door. They are darn near sparkling clean, smell great, as advertised. Couldn't be happier, highly recommend. read more

Awesome business! Responded to my inquiry, got my quote, scheduled an appointment, and got the job done in less than 48 hours after a request! My cans look and smell amazing. They were here and gone in less than 20 minutes! Very impressed. Will definitely be recommending and supporting them here on out. read more

The service itself is awesome. Watch them in the winter months when they will cancel service due to weather and bill you anyways. I didn't pay the January invoice because there was no service. A gentleman called me and i was at work. Asked if i could call back right after 5. He said call anytime! I called as agreed and he didn't answer. Some time later I got a text. I explained my issue with the outstanding invoices were i didn't receive half off my first month as agreed and i was being billed for a month where there was no service. There was no response other than an invoice generated with $10 off for the first month. Please note it was August and every month has been paid outside of this. I then get a text threatening collections. Totally lacking in customer service and people skills. There are other companies in town with the same service now. I'll be starting service there instead. read more
