This is a great service to get your garbage bins cleaned. Our garbage can had some dried paint inside that we couldn't get off with a hose and it had also started to smell a little funky. I decided to sign up for bin busters quarterly service to get both our garbage can and recycle bin cleaned every three months. I have only had the service done once so far but after one service the stuck on paint we couldn't get out of our garbage bin was almost all gone and our garbage bins no longer smell. Bin Busters come the day after your scheduled garbage day so be sure to have your garbage cans left out for their service. They send you an email/text the night before to remind you. Once done they roll your garbage/recycle bins up to your driveway. The bins will be a bit wet, so I just opened the lids for them to dry before rolling it back into my garage. I had known about this business for about a year before requesting a quote. I had been debating it, but decided against it at the time because it seemed counterintuitive to spend money on cleaning something that will just hold trash. When I pulled the plug because between animal waste, decomposing grass clippings (sidenote: reno waste management needs to offer a yard waste only bin like Carson City does), smelly food waste and it being summer time with heat AND keeping our bins in our garage, I wanted to test it out. It was quick, filled out application quote and bins were shiny and clean less than 24 hours later. One thing I wasn't expecting was how eatly they come. I had assumed they'd be over mid day, but they came at 7 am, and I hadn't put my bins back out. They texted me after they left and were gracious enough to come back and clean them. Thoroughly surprised by all the steps involved, as I had assumed it'd be a simple lift and power wash and that's it type gig, but they hand power wash, scrub brush insides, machine power wash, more scrubbing and inspecting, more hand power washing.... well, you get the picture. Incredible amount of attention to detail just for rubbish bins! It's $10 a bin. You can add more if you want. And you get $10 off the first service. They have different schedules to chose from, like weekly, biweekly, monthly, and even quarterly, I believe. I'm set up monthly at the moment, so it's $20/month. I don't even think I get a future discount, but I feel like everyone could benefit from a service like this, especially during the hot months. They come the next day after your trash day, so be aware as sometimes we've forgotten and put trash in (which they actually take out and still clean the bins). What a fantastic service. Our garbage cans were so disgusting and vile. So when I saw that there was a bin cleaning service my husband and I decided to give it a try. We leave the bins out after the trash has been collected. They drive up and clean them out. I didn't see them clean the containers I am beyond pleased with the outcome. I couldn't believe how clean they were and how clean they smell. I can't tell you how nice it is to toss trash away in a clean trash can. Received a quote to clean the 6 cans at my triplex in Reno which I approved and booked the appointment for today. The company shows up and tried to up charge me from the quote, by 2 to 3 times. He stated he was doing so as the cans have 3 different addresses even though all 6 cans are being cleaned at a single location in front of the triplex. No where on their site does it state that this is how they charge. Terrible business practices Bin Busters and would never recommend any company who engages in shady business like this. read more

I made an appointment and made my reservation. Confirmed appointment with a text message and email. The day of my appointment I left my bins out ready to go. Late afternoon comes around and my bins are untouched. I reached out several of times and no reply. Then next day I get a text message they are 5 minutes away. I replied and stated we were not home and I did not have an appointment that day. It was the day before. Again no reply. I'm a little confused and disappointed so far about this business. Extremely happy with the service provided. I saw there trailer approximately a year ago, called the number but no call back, wasn't sure if they were open at the time. Recently learned they were open and called again, they didn't call back, I'm not sure they respond to phone calls. I did go online and register for service, this is the way to go. I received a text message shortly after registration, I also received several other texts up to our appointment date. We had them service the bins the day after disposal service due to the infrequent times they empty our recycling. I signed up for the monthly service and the price is extremely fair for the value. I have to say I don't believe the bins looked and I know didn't smell this good when new. I had left the bins on the edge of the driveway, when done they moved them to the side yard in front of the fence. My cans stunk!!! What an awesome service. Saw them on a Facebook ad. They are prompt, friendly, and extremely thorough. After my cans went through it's cycle it wasn't clean enough so he scrubbed and ran through cycle again. The really nice thing is that the disgusting water waste is treated later and not put into our sewer system. $25 for your first service great value. I came across Bin Busters on social media. I thought what a strange business. That same night I threw a bag a trash in the trash can and took a look inside, I never really paid attention. It was pretty darn dirty and it didn't exactly smell great. So i look them up online, made an appointment, all very easy. I set the wrong day, and my recycle was still full, I called them and they moved my cleaning day a week out, no problems, very helpful. They came out the following week, cleaned the cans and put them up by the garage door. They are darn near sparkling clean, smell great, as advertised. The service itself is awesome. Watch them in the winter months when they will cancel service due to weather and bill you anyways. I didn't pay the January invoice because there was no service. A gentleman called me and i was at work. Asked if i could call back right after 5. He said call anytime! I called as agreed and he didn't answer. Some time later I got a text. I explained my issue with the outstanding invoices were i didn't receive half off my first month as agreed and i was being billed for a month where there was no service. There was no response other than an invoice generated with $10 off for the first month. Please note it was August and every month has been paid outside of this. I then get a text threatening collections. Totally lacking in customer service and people skills. There are other companies in town with the same service now.
