They installed the new flooring throughout our house, including our beautiful dark staircase and the entire second floor, and the results exceeded every expectation. The craftsmanship is outstanding, and every detail was completed with precision and care. From the very beginning, Javier and his team were professional, friendly, respectful, and incredibly accommodating. They listened to our ideas, offered helpful suggestions, and made sure every detail was exactly how we envisioned it. They worked efficiently, finished the project quickly, kept everything clean, and made the entire process stress-free. What impressed us just as much as the quality of their work was the value they provided. We received several estimates before choosing Javier, and his price was about one-third of what other contractors quoted us. Because of that, we spent only about half of the remodeling budget we had set aside, without sacrificing quality. In fact, the workmanship exceeded what we expected. Our new floors and staircase have completely transformed our home. We've already received so many compliments from family and friends, and we couldn't be more grateful. If you're looking for someone who delivers exceptional craftsmanship, honesty, reliability, affordability, and truly cares about the final result, I wholeheartedly recommend Javier Montero and his team. They deserve every one of these five stars. Thank you, Javier and your entire team, for making our home even more beautiful. We will gladly recommend you to anyone looking for outstanding flooring work!

Ben offered exceptional advice regarding the replacement tile and window and he found a great deal on a replacement vanity for us. Throughout the project, Ben and his crew were professional, timely, and respectful. They all showed lots of love to our noisey and nosey dogs. Miguel and Bobby always finished work on schedule and always left the job site clean and organized each day they were on site. Working with Ben, Miguel, Bobby, and Jake was enjoyable and the entire remodel was a smooth experience. We highly recommend Salajean Construction & Services Co. for anyone looking for quality work and a trustworthy contractor.

One of the issues includes inadequate and subpar vinyl floor installation (e.g., hollowness, planks not touching the actual floor, water damage, etc.). I requested Ben to come to my home and make an assessment/report because I obviously don't have a keen eye for these things and needed his expertise to determine if there were ongoing defects or damages. When his report came back, I was honestly so disappointed with CaliFirst, but immensely grateful to Ben for writing such a thorough and in-depth report. It gave me a much better understanding of what needs to be fixed with valuable insight and supporting detail. Thank you Ben for your thoroughness and patience throughout this enduring, stressful time. My mom and I are very grateful that you took time out of your busy schedule to do us this favor and honestly wish I would've done my research and found you much sooner.

Once we found Culpepper Flooring and spoke with Matt about our "Hardwood Floor" project we knew we found the right person and company. This project was in a mountain home 6 hrs away from us and finding the right company to do the job was critical because all communication was via texts, emails or phone calls! Matt took great care in removing all furniture from the work areas and prepping the area with plastic wrap, to limit the dust, etc. The final results showed great pride in their work and the outstanding reputation that this company has had for a very long time. Thank you, Matt and team, for doing such a gorgeous job! We appreciated your excellent advice, hard work, professionalism and communication - it was a pleasure working with you! The Bear Family :)

This could have easily been a 5-star review but unfortunately that is not the case…read more.. I hired Matt to install around 1500 SQFT of LVP, which took about 4 days. On the last day I was pleasantly pleased with the final progress. However, here is the issue: In the office, storage closet, and bedroom there was ripped up carpet (which was done during the initial prep) because it transitioned to the LVP. He informed me that he would have someone come "tuck the carpet", because that was something that he doesn't do. He also asked if I can pay him, and I obliged simply because the flooring was completed for the most part. I also assumed he took great pride in his work and wouldn't leave the existing carpet out of place (I was wrong). Prior to leaving he informed me that someone would be coming to my house the next day to tuck the carpet. He went as far as to calling me 10 minutes after he left to schedule a time of 12:30pm. Unfortunately, no one showed and when I contacted him to get an ETA, he never responded. This was well over a month ago and he still hasn't gotten back to me. So now I'm left with paying someone else to complete a task that Matt was supposed to do. This is highly unacceptable and unprofessional. What if the shoe was on the other foot and I didn't pay him what he was owed? It would be a huge issue. Some of these contractors want you to respect their business but won't give you the same respect in return.
