Besides the incredible relaxation from being in the private pod with a cozy blanket, the treatment itself makes a true difference in pain level. I've also been using whole body cryotherapy to reduce inflammation and speed recovery from harder workouts. The lymphatic drainage massage is incredible. I've had only one session but I was offered a package to make returning for a series more affordable. In fact, most if not all services have packages or memberships which bring down the prices if you are planning repeat visits. The treatments are fantastic, and the staff is great. The place is always well staffed. I've never had a wait for anything unless I had an appointment and arrived early. My walk in visits are also quick. And the staff knew my name after only a couple visits. They are friendly and efficient. I've been to other cryo facilities in the area but this is now my self care home base. The chiropractor will spend roughly 15-20 mins hands on , one - on one direct adjustment and the other 15-20 mins you will be on a machine but they will CHARGE YOU AS "DIRECT HANDS-ON SERVICE" when in reality they only worked on you for 15-20 mins. I was hesitant about seeing any other doctors, but finally a friend encouraged me to see a chiropractor. During the first appointment Dr. Bedichek took an X-ray and assessed the injury. The goal of my treatment was always to permanently fix the problem, so he mapped out a three month plan that moved from fixing the problem to focusing on the problem not coming back. Each session he's adjust my hip if it needed it then show me exercises to do to strengthen the associated muscles. I definitely was skeptical at times. My hip had been in that position so long that the muscles freaked out once we started the adjustments, so the first few weeks the pain was actually worse. After that subsided we came to the issue that my hip wouldn't stay in alignment after the adjustments. Dr. Bedichek listened to my issues and what helped with the pain and suggested changes to my muscle strengthening regime. By the end of the three months I was able to run again! My muscles continue to have some tightness, but based on Dr. Bedichek's suggestion, I've continued strengthening and stretching and it's steadily gotten better.
