Crawford and Washburn were extremely supportive, even with my being a new patient. The staff treated me professionally, and everyone had the "health care attitude" you want in a provider. Dr. Crawford administered my hearing test and really took the time to explain the process to me, as well as the results. I feel like she is new to being a doctor, but she did so well, I am sure she will have a brilliant career ahead of her.

When I was visiting, I found she couldn't sync one of her hearing aids to her phone. I called the business and they seem nice on the phone so I thought I'd give a try to see if they they could help. I told them we could only sync one of the two hearing aids and then went in to see if they could solve the situation. They told me it would be $40. This struck me as poor service for the very expensive product they provided but I decided it would be worth to make the hearing aids fully usefull. After 20 minutes they told me only one could be synced because she had lost one and replaced it (through the insurance she had paid for). They'd given her one that could not sync with the other. It strikes me that they had not fulfilled their contract at this point because they had not replaced the lost one with one that was as functional. In any case, though they had provided a faulty replacement product and couldn't help me they Informed me it was still their policy charge $40 for doing absolutely nothing to resolve problems with the faulty product they had provided.

She removed one from…read moremy cheek on a Wednesday morning and I was told for aftercare to just keep CeraVe ointment on it. I called the office Friday morning to let them know that I was seeing green puss and redness. The nurse told me to wash it with soap and water and they may need to see a picture of it if it didn't improve. By Friday afternoon, it was red, swollen, and warm. I called the office thinking that I could send a picture & leave a number for the doctor or nurse on call. The answering machine gave an option to do that HOWEVER, then it says the nurse will call back when the office opens. I went ahead and left a dire message thinking maybe it would be listened to (they did leave me a message MONDAY MORNING). I had to go to an Urgent Care Friday evening to get an antibiotic- the urgent care doctor said it could have been REALLY bad since the infection site was on a sensitive area of the face. I gave a 2star (and not 1star) because the office, office staff and the experience in the office was exceptional, however, the aftercare is of most importance with medical issues.

I was planning to go in, get the massage and leave. Dr. Kennedy spoke to me for a few minutes after my massage. Her demeanor and the way she explained what a chiropractic adjustment would be like-got me to try it without her pushing the issue. I felt I could trust her not to hurt me(I was scared before at other places and I didn't even let anyone pop my back when all the kids at school were doing it,lol). She used an activator. I jumped the first few times it clicked-then, I started to feel better as she used it to help my jaw, neck and back get closer to where they needed to be. I left and went straight home to bed. She has a payment plan system that worked for my budget. It allows me to come in as needed and not worry about having to pay everything at once. My work is very physical and tiring-this helped me work longer and I felt more energetic-I think because my body wasn't working as hard since everything was aligned better. My toothache is gone now, too(she treated my TMJ and made my broken crown/tooth I had, not hurt anymore somehow-for 2 months now) I would suggest getting a massage first(1 Hour or more if you are really tight)-then getting the adjustment. On my most recent visit, I was lied to about the circumstances of Dr. Kennedy's departure, and my insurance coverage. I won't go back except to complain and ask for my file.
