I've been going here for quite a while now for laser hair removal, and this method works very well for me. I love the inviting feeling when I walk in and how pristine and clean it is. It smells good, and they offer you a drink, fruit-infused water, or a unique tea while you wait. Then the technician comes to get you, and the session is quick and easy. Right afterward, you can schedule your next appointment, or you can simply text them to schedule. I highly recommend this place!

When updating my health history I revealed my cancer and was told i could not have ANY treatment until 6 months cancer free. All I wanted was a FACIAL! No lasers, no injections. It was a day for me to relax prior to my stressful procedure. Ridiculous. I get there may be some things you shouldnt do while undergoing cancer treatments but a facial is NOT one of them. I did call my oncology office to confirm the safety of this and was told it would be NO problem. So my advice to you is to avoid this place or LIE about your cancer history. Way to kick a person when they are already down Sedo!

Review for FM Plastic Surgery / Live Young Wellness Spa: I've been a patient here for several years…read moreand have used FM Plastic Surgery/Live Young Wellness Spa for multiple aesthetic services, including Botox and several rounds of laser hair removal. With the exception of a visit five years ago, when I happened to use a Groupon for laser hair removal, I have always paid directly and have been a returning client. Fast forward to today: I purchased a Groupon for an IPL treatment, a completely different service from the one I used years ago. When I called to schedule, I mentioned I'd be using a Groupon. The receptionist immediately told me they would not accept it because "a client can only use one Groupon in a lifetime," regardless of the service. Her tone was dismissive, and the interaction felt unnecessarily rude. What makes this especially frustrating is that this statement directly contradicts the fine print on their own Groupon listing, which clearly states: "Limit of one treatment type per person." Not "per lifetime," not "per customer ever"--per treatment type. IPL and laser hair removal are not the same treatment, and the terms are unambiguous. I have liked the providers here and have had good experiences with the actual services, which makes this even more disappointing. A business is entitled to set its own policies, but those policies should match what they advertise publicly. They also should be communicated with professionalism. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling undervalued as a long-time client and misled as a consumer. Transparency and respectful communication matter, and they've just lost a customer.

My advice is stay away…read more Long story short................. Was referred to Dr. Perez for a suspected Actinic keratosis right in the middle of my nose. Guess what? He missed it. Wasn't until I got home, did I realize he did not treat it. So, I ended up setting another appointment with another dermatologist as the spot was biopsied to be Basil Cell Cancer. Remember, this is why I was referred to his office! How in the world could he miss it??? It gets even better............ He missed another spot on my forearm that was also biopsied, and it turned out to be Squamous Cell Cancer. Ended up seeing a third Dermatologist who performed MOHL's Surgery to remove the growth he completely missed. Believe it or not, if that isn't enough to stay away...... He was not in my network so instead of paying my normal deductible, he charged me full price as my insurance does not cover out of network physicians. My opinion is low class for not telling me my insurance was not valid at that office, also if the cancer had not been caught and spread? Not cool! Any good attorneys out there? Honestly in disbelief and do not say you were not warned. Denny

During my appointment on Tuesday, April 28 at 10 am in Flower Mound, I encountered a technician who was not only unprofessional but refused to verify the medication she was injecting into my body. I will NOT be returning. Upon entering, she complained about the cleanliness of the room, which felt like an inappropriate critique of her colleagues in front of a patient. When she asked which shot I was receiving, I took a moment to check my records. She appeared frustrated and abruptly left the room. When she returned with a pre-filled syringe, she did not verify the medication name with me. When I tried to confirm that it was the "Skinny Shot" and asked for the specific name of the medication, she interrupted me and refused to answer, repeatedly asking only "right or left?" for the injection site. Because she refused to communicate or confirm what was in the syringe, I left feeling unsure if the medication was even administered correctly. I have canceled all future appointments. I expect a basic level of professional courtesy and transparency regarding the treatments I am paying for, neither of which were provided here.
