These windows were expensive . . . not gonna lie. Do we like them? YES. Did the installation go well? YES, pretty much. Are they worth the price? Don't know yet. Are we happy with them overall? So far, so good!! Pros: Environmentally friendly materials. Nice salesperson, although they did use a little pressure tactic to get us to sign up right away. The windows look nice, and seem to be functioning properly, and appear easy to clean. Cons: We had a long delay . . . several delays over several months in fact, from the time we ordered them (Spring) vs. installation (Autumn). Not as noise dampening as we had hoped, and in fact, have a different sound than our old windows of outside noise, maybe even louder? Construction crew was good, on time each day, polite, helpful, knew what they were doing, and cleaned up pretty well, but the second day they were in a real big hurry to leave early. We felt that for the price, they should've stuck around a little longer and made sure each window frame was properly caulked, and any chipped wood, was made white again (they did some, but not all). THREE BIG ISSUES: One, they put tape on the wall for protective plastic, and when it was removed, ripped our wallpaper. Two, they dented our gutter with a ladder. They never said anything to us about the wallpaper or the gutter. Three, They put a hole in one of the screens, and if I wouldn't have pointed it out, I doubt they would have fixed it on their own. Overall, like I said above . . . so far, so good. Let's revisit this in ten or twenty years and see how they hold up. 3.5 stars rounded up to four since they were such a personable crew . . . Cheers!

I highly recommend Lonny with no reservations or caveats. I

Within a few years, I had to have some parts replaced. They came out and replaced the parts, but I was responsible for the labor, which didn't seem to be how I remember the warranty, but at least the windows were fixed. By 2011, nearly all of the small parts are broken again. Most windows won't stay open or won't stay in their frame. We luckily have AC and only use the windows in the shoulder season. I called to have them fixed in spring 2018, and after speaking to a woman who promised to check, I received no return call. In July, I called again, and Wendy scheduled me with Darrell for July 17. Darrell arrived punctually, and gave me the story like Joe B. received: that they likely didn't have parts. I'm writing this on August 20, 2018 to say that they never called back. In the last week, I researched window parts on my own and found many vendors selling the exact parts needed. Bill Moore of Moore Window Hardware in Penn Hills had all of the parts that I needed and provided the expertise to allow me to install them myself. The windows installed by Mt Pleasant Window & Remodeling Co are very cheap and their word is worthless. There is no guarantee. I was even willing to pay for parts and labor to just have the windows fixed, but was unable to get any interest from them. My neighbor used them shortly after I had, and has similar issues with broken parts. My recommendation is to steer clear. Doug Chew

Each time, I told them to email me a written estimate. I want to see what the window cost is and labor. Never received anything! Their prices are high. For one window, the price was anywhere from $3500 to $4200 after some discounts. This is three-hour job. I had my house and garage roof replaced several years ago for $7500. That was labor intensive with lots of materials. I stopped at their facility. Very nice, but I saw lots of overhead. Anyway, I would not use this company. They aren't transparent. The customer has the right how their money is being spent.
