From the moment I called Rex Glass, the man on the phone was extremely friendly and helpful. I was able to give him the dimensions of the mirror, and he gave me a quote over the phone. Coming from the South Hills, it was a little hike (hike as in 25 minutes) to get to this location. When I arrived, the same man gave me a quote that was a little higher once he saw the mirror in person. He agreed to go down in price, based off of our initial phone conversation, which I thought was pretty awesome (only a few bucks, but still!) They repaired the mirror in no time. I received a text to come pick up the mirror, and when I did, I was extremely pleased with how it turned out! It looked original, like nothing had happened! Very thankful I found this place, hoping I don't have to use them in the future for mirror repairs!
