So I got upwards of 10 quotes to do siding on my house. When Mt Pleasant came out and we were talking they asked why I wasn't doing it myself. I explained all the medical issues I had been through. Jerry the sales consultant said he was going to try and help us out. After meeting with him and Pat and the rest of the team, they had mentioned they wanted to donate the labor and only charge us materials. It was a blessing after 17 surgeries and multiple hospitals stays in the past 3 years. They sent out Brian and his team to install. They were meticulous in their install. Including Pat okaying additional work at no charge in order to make everything look fantastic. Brian even went above and beyond and spray painted to match parts he couldn't readily change out. Brian and his team even made sure to go back around the house twice for any nails, plastic, and debris to ensure it was cleaned up for the safety of my toddler and our 2 dogs. We are so thrilled with the work they did, they will be our first call in the future for windows and a roof when the time comes. I can't recommend this company highly enough. We have the highest regard for Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling Co. We had all of our windows replaced by them about 20 years ago and were very pleased with their work. In 2017, we needed a new window light over our front door, so called for an appointment. We ended up having that window changed, and a 5 panel bay window put in the living room. We absolutely love that window, and it is beautifully done in rich wood. We then had them put a roof over our back patio. We have never been able to use the patio because of the heat & sun, but now we can sit out and watch the birds any time we want. Our latest project was a walk-in bathroom remodel. Marble tile, marble shower surround & seat, marble sink, beautifully constructed cabinets & doors--we are so pleased with the work that was done. Ben came out and got the job going, Mike put all the plans together and got the work well on its way. Matt and Joe did so much of the work. Matt is seeing to the detail work. Dearest Gentle Reader (Part 2), When I called this morning, I was informed by April in a very Cee U Next Tuesday vibe she left a voicemail yesterday at 230pm. I explained to her I am a pediatric nurse, and I work nights, so I was asleep when she left the message. To which she responded well is there a more reliable number you can be reached at? EXCUSE ME?! I responded to April NO this is THE MOST RELIABLE and ONLY number I have but as I previously stated I WORK OVERNIGHT and do not always receive my messages same day. Overall, the point of my tail is this: *April needs more training on how to properly handle herself on difficult calls and how to manage her tone. As an upset customer I perceived her as disrespectful, rude, and downright ignorant to my issue and the situation on the phone. I repeatedly stated "when can the tech come out" as a way to break her out of the cycle of disrespect she was going continuously repeating "well I called and left a voicemail... it's not my fault... we only have one technician for the whole company" *Also, if you as a company do not have the manpower to service your clients where they are then maybe do not offer your services outside of a certain mile radius around your business. read more

Mt Pleasant window did a fantastic job with my window replacement. The original lead time was 16 weeks but they came in in 8 weeks. The day that they were to be installed, I had a 2 hour window, 8:00-10:00. The installation crew, Joe, Chuck, Cody, and Dave, were there at 9:00. and had all 9 windows installed and finish trimmed on the inside by 4:00. They were very professional and took great care not to track any dirt or mud into the house. They cleaned as they went as not to track anything around as they worked. The only small issue was that I was told that they will be done in a day, because I had to take a day off work. When I received the phone call to schedule the installation, lady scheduling said it may take 2 days. When they finished installing the foreman said that they could finish the same day but would be rushing and wanted to come back the next day to finish the job correctly. They did just that!!!!!! I am happy that I let them take the extra time to do the job right. The little extra trim to hide the caulking joints made a huge difference to the finished job! Living in an older home has its problems when it comes to remodeling. One I had to face was that not one door in my home was standard size, and even the different doors I wanted to replace were all different sizes. After searching for someone to replace them, someone pointed me to Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling. The first thing that caught my attention was that when I called, I didn't get yet another machine with an empty promise to call me back. Someone actually answered the phone and made arrangements to send someone out! I needed to replace three sets of doors, entry with storm. I was able to select the doors that I wanted, they came and measured, and the doors were custom made to meet the needed specs. Nothing was bought and cut to make it fit. They showed up the day they were scheduled, early I might add, and removed all the old doors, frames, etc., and put the new doors in. Three guys worked the first day to get two sets installed and two came back to install the third. They cleaned up when they finished up both days, they were polite, and worked hard to get the job done in two days! read more

When they had finished each day and cleaned up all the materials, you wouldn't even know they had done any work it was so neat.The guys never left my yard or patio a mess. Ben was so nice to work with, he explained everything in detail and answered any questions I asked. I wanted a shingle that looked like slate and Ben was able to find the perfect shingle that went great with the type of house I have. My neighbors even said it looks like slate roof. if I could give them zero stars I would. They did work on the outside of my home and I began having issues with siding coming loose, recessed light fixture's losing covers, as well as a few other issues. I also had additional work I wanted to hire for them for but upon reaching out the customer service was absolutely terrible. I had to keep calling back, took days off work when I had scheduled appointments to only have no one show and then when I called they would give me an excuse as to why no one showed or even called to cancel. When someone finally arrived they were less than helpful, fixed nothing, told me they would follow up with information that I still have not received. read more

The customer service was superb. We had all of our questions and concerns addressed immediately before, during and after the installation. We had a new bathtub and backdrop installed. The products were of great quality. The workers were very skilled, professional, clean, trustworthy and helpful. They cleaned any debris as they were working.
