Justin thoroughly explained how the job was going to progress and assured that he would be around to answer any questions, which he was! Thank You Justin! You made the project run very smoothly. My two installers Adam and Ashiel were very good; they cut the inside of the patio door opening and installed the door perfectly; when everything was done the site was left clean, patio windows and frame were spotless; they went over the install, the patio doors function and best way to maintain it. We just had our Windows through-out the house replaced by Renewal by Andersen. We used them to replace our 30+ year old windows. Our Windows really needed a redo as we simply could not put it off any longer. For replacement windows we wanted an excellent looking product and it had to be extremely long lasting and as low maintenance as possible (or at very least as easy maintenance as possible). Once we understood the benefits of Renewal by Andersen windows, we were happy to pay for what we understood to be a quality product, that we can get 20 to 30+ years of use out of. The Windows were heavy duty, beautiful and now that they are fully installed, I agree, the look to be very easy to maintain. Mission accomplished! Our installer was Renewal by Andersen's Ben Crewlead and his team. I just want to thank him for his excellent quality of install and excellent customer service. There was no question I asked that was too dumb. He had a superb attention to detail and at all times, wanted to make us, his customers happy. There was never a quibble, only smiles and an approachable demeanor, which was extremely refreshing in this day and age. Ben did an excellent job, with extreme care to details. If all Renewal by Andersen installers have the same expertise and customer service skills as Ben Crewlead I'm sure anyone using their service will be in great hands and be as happy as we were with the work completed. read more

We just had some windows installed with Renewal by Andersen. The whole process from start to finish was seamless. The sales rep Geoff was very knowledgeable and friendly and answered our million questions. He also responded quickly to other questions later by text. You do feel slightly pressured to sign on the spot to get the extra percentage off that day. But in the end, the quality is excellent and the windows look great. We would like to do more windows so they better give us a decent price for more since we have passed on recommendations to others. The sales guy, Geoff, was also super helpful and friendly and was here for a few hours of the initial install to make sure all went well. As for the crew, Joe and Eakam, they did a professional, timely, clean job installing the windows. We were super impressed with their ability to reach our 3rd floor windows without scaffolding, as they did not realize there were 3 floors, I think. Very polite and cleaned up perfectly afterwards. Hope they return when we need others replaced. Thx guys read more

We just had our windows replaced by Renewal by Andersen and they are great. Our first night you could tell such a difference, our home is on a main street and we are use to the noise but once the windows were put in it cut out the noise so much and we could feel the difference in the temperature of or rooms. Our home is a very old home and our installers Joe, Eakam and Danny did an amazing job. They were very meticulous with their installation and made sure that the windows were put in level and in working order and they cleaned up after themselves as they went from room to room. They were very polite and answered all our questions and took the time to explain each step of installation to us. Once all the window were put in they showed all of us the functions of the window and made sure we could do them on our own before they left. THANK YOU Joe, Eakam and Danny you are AMAZING installers!!! You worked late into the evening to make sure everything was done right, we would recommend you to anyone. The Adams Family read more

We had our windows and patio door installed on July 12th, 2019. We were impressed by Craig's - our sales person - presentation. He made it easy for us to make a decision and select the best and the most suitable windows and patio door for our needs. Ben and his team did a great installation job - we admired their attention to details, great work ethics, professionalism and good humour. We ended up having a little issue with the patio door which came with a manufacture's defect. It was resolved to our satisfaction, just as we were assured that the company would stand behind their products. We are very happy with the results - the windows and the door look great. We noticed our place was much cooler in the middle of the summer because of the impressive glass features - the heat from sun-rays not penetrating through the windows. We would recommend Renewal by Andersen to anyone considering a purchase of new windows and doors. Thank you, Guys, for the great experience! Magdalena and Adam read more

We signed up for an appointment with Renewal By Andersen at the Toronto Home Show. Lisa, our sales person came at the right time and took her time showing us the window types and the many options that were available. This did take quite some time but we wanted to know exactly what we were purchasing, what would look best and what would provide long term energy savings as well as fit our budget. We were made clearly aware of the initial cost and were assisted to modify our ideas to best fit our needs and budget. These windows are not the cheapest but the build quality is high and we believe they will last a long time. After our purchase, a 3 man crew consisting of Joe, Eakam and Danny came on the appointed installation day. This was a 2 day project and the crew worked hard (into the evening on day 2) and really did a wonderful, professional job. The fit and finishing is perfect, you can feel the quality as you slide them open and closed and they look great! Thanks to all! read more

I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience with Renewal by Andersen, from start to finish. The entire process was seamless, starting with the sales team, who were knowledgeable and professional, to the incredible installation crew who brought everything to life. A special thanks to Jesus, Andy, and Conn for their outstanding work. Even though it was a freezing day, they took their time to ensure the installation was done right. They were polite, friendly, and thorough throughout the process. I was especially impressed with how clean they left everything when they were finished--it's clear they take pride in their work. The quality of the windows is absolutely fantastic. They look amazing and function perfectly, making this investment truly worthwhile. I highly recommend Renewal by Andersen to anyone looking for top-notch windows and exceptional service! read more

Our experience with Renewal by Andersen was very positive. Lisa, our sales rep, came to the house and showed us the options that were available. We spent quite a while looking at the window types and different options and then we chose what was best for our situation. Lisa was great walking us through each step of the process and we also had a few laughs together. A week later Dimitry came and measured all of the windows and we felt very confident with his expertise. Five and a half weeks later the windows were ready to be installed. Our 3 man crew, Joe, Eakam and Danny, were a pleasure to have working in our home. They worked hard and long hours and the quality of their workmanship was excellent. Each window, window ledge and trim were perfectly cut, installed with precision and look beautiful, inside and outside. The windows look amazing! read more

We went with Renewal because of the quality of construction, and materials used, and their review rankings. We now have a very nice sliding glass exterior door, that replaced a much cheaper (and leaky) set of french doors. The installers Joe and Danny went above and beyond during the installation, when it was discovered that there was some old dry rot in the door frame. They quickly and expertly removed the damaged wood and replaced it. At every step we were consulted and the project manager Marty paid us a visit during the installation to make sure all was well. I agree with some of the other reviews that the sales pitch is very lengthy, and repetitive, as much of the information they present is available online. Still, it was appreciated to see actual samples of the products before purchase. read more

We had all the windows in our home replaced and the experience exceeded anything I could have imagined. The sales process was comfortable and informative. Our options were clearly communicated, demonstrated where appropriate and the order was easy to complete. We appreciated the financing option and the ease in which the process was completed. All the staff we dealt with at Renewal by Anderson were friendly and professional. Thank You Jason and Nathan!. That was followed by an amazing professional and clean installation. The crew that was lead by Dominic and Marco were knowledgeable, polite and efficient. Despite the challenges of removing glass block an vinyl cladding some challenging areas they were amazing through the whole process. Thank you!!! read more

Our project was completed this week and we are thrilled with the results. I will confess that as a thrifty Dutchman I was hesitant at the cost of our project but was swayed by the fact they do everything from start to finish. Now that it is done it was worth every cent and exceeded our expectations. They said it would take two days and the crew showed up exactly on time to get things rolling. They ran into a major unexpected glitch as the sections of wall they had to breakout turned out to be full brick with cinder block behind. Nothwithstanding this setback, they finished the job on time and as advertised -- a rarity in these times. Friends who have seen the finished product were mightly impressed. Well done Renewal. read more

The best experience a customer can ever hope for. From the beginning to the end, the staff were very professional and very understanding to our wants and needs The installers were quick, clean and very professional Communication is the key to any working relationship and renewal by Anderson exceeded my exceptions ten fold Their flexible payment and transferable warranty plan makes this company an easy choice Nothing is perfect in this world, but the staff went out of their way, to make things right from measurement to installation Everyone wants valve for their dollar and i can say i received what i expected and then some A big thank you goes out to everyone involved in making our stressful event a great experience read more

My husband and I could not be more pleased with Renewal by Andersen. From start to finish the process of replacing our doors and windows has been excellent. Rayon took the time to explain the products and brought samples to our house. We hoped that the installation would match the quality we saw (which was great)!. Our installers; Edgar and Fernando, exceeded our expectations. They were professional, respectful, clean and efficient. Jim ensured the entire process ran smoothly with check-ins, follow ups, and answered all our questions. This has been the most professional and thorough experience we've had with renovations. Renewal by Anderson just did a big install of new windows in my home in Meadowvale. Firstly, they are the only company that got back to me within 24 hours! From start to finish, they were the most professional, friendly , and knowledgeable company. Kenneth Lopez was our sales representative and was excellent! Our project manage, Mr. Johnston (I'm sorry I don't remember his first name), came by to answer any questions and estimate time required. Lastly, on the day of installation, Joe and Eakam showed on time. They were efficient, friendly, respectful, and cleaned up amazingly! Thank you Renewal by Anderson. 10's across the board! K.M. We had our windows installed today and we are in love with them. The initial sales pitch was rather long in my opinion but we did end up going with them for the replacement for some windows in the house. They laid out their time frame and stuck to it. We had the install team come out today, Joe & Eakam & Danny, and they were fabulous. They came right on time and got to work immediately. I checked the progress as the day went on and was met with very polite updates. The final product looks amazing and we've very happy so far. Fantastic job guys! (ps. The screen is incredible, it's like it's not there at all. Now we can actually see the view!) read more

Fidel and Armondo showed up to install our beautiful patio door. I canno say enough good things about the door and especially about their skilled installers. Fidel and Armondo were very knowledgeable and skilled in their jobs. The replacement of our old patio door to our new patio door was seamless. This is because the project Manager, Mark Johnston is excellent at his job and all measurements taken were accurate. The patio door opens in on both doors and has bolts that go into the floor for added security. A lock is also on the inside of the door. I am beyond happy with quality of the door and their expert installers. read more

Yes, Anderson is expensive but we're hoping that the old adage, "You get what you pay for", holds true over time. Firstly, we want to thank the salesman Stefano, for thoroughly explaining why we should choose them. Secondly, we want to thank the awesome installers Edgar and Ruben who noticed a hairline crack on the frame of one of the new doors and immediately informed Layne, the project manager. In a display of great customer service, Layne recognized the inconvenience of having to wait and replace another door and offered us a gift card in compensation. We have already noticed that our living room seems warmer. Well done! read more
