They got HALF of the order wrong!! (The other half was in one size). Crazy thing is that I sent them The measurements in cm and inches! And I'm not talking about mm or cm bigger, I mean INCHES bigger!! That's a huge difference!! And a huge inconvenience!! I don't understand why the SPECIFIC measurements I ordered came all wrong! And to top it off, there reps had asked me why I did not measure each piece before using them?? How does this question even make sense?? It was a specific measurement ordered.. I should not have to!! I gave them the chance to fix the order - I reached out several times- But In nooo way were they interested in fixing there mistakes. Customer Service ZERO!! To add, there prices are no different than anywhere else, there location was just more convenient at that time, and I was going to refer a lot of clients to them ( I even filled out a business form to register with them) but they just ended up costing me more because I now had to fix there mistakes!! God forbid if you have an issue with your order, I've never seen such a lack in customer service support

They also built up the space with rustic wall block and created a corner seating area around the fire feature that feels intentional and cozy. The 6-ft privacy fence and string lighting were the perfect finishing touches. The space now feels like a true extension of our home. Professional, hardworking, and detail-oriented.
