I'm recommending this company as they are true professionals when it comes to replacement windows…read more Their sales people are knowledgeable, they aren't pushy like others and their prices are quite reasonable. You can even get a $500 coupon off if you fill in fhe form on their website. I know that their business spreads far from Toronto and GTA and that speaks for itself!

Please Never Ever deal with Tony D. as your sales representative in Ontario…read more Our family had an extremely disappointing experience with him and it wasn't until the day of installation when Additional issues occurred, that I discovered countless other negative customer reviews about this same sales representative that I wish I had seen sooner. Tony repeatedly provided us with mis-information and contradicting information via text message, email, telephone and in person. His blatant arrogance, condescension, belligerence and extreme unprofessionalism in our own home to my elderly parents and via messages and phone conversations is more than enough for us to be left with such a poor experience and an unfortunate end to what was actually a wonderful job done by the Installers. Tony will raise his voice and become extremely aggressive when you question him about the contradicting information he provided. He will speak over you, become louder and louder and actually insult you on a personal level. Completely unacceptable! We have since heard from other's of their almost identical experiences with Tony. The customer service experience is what people remember most and it is extremely unfortunate that it has overshadowed what was supposed to be enjoyment of looking at our new windows and door at the end of the day.

What an amazing expirience with this company! Everything went smoothly from the initial stage until…read morethe end. Ken was a real pro. He educated us about all possible options we can choose from and gave us a very reasonable offer. Installers did a great job as well and overall we are so happy. The place was left clean after the installation. I recommend Windowtech to anyone who needs windows or doors. Good job!

We ordered 12 triple-glass windows from Windowtech in April 2026. The 2-day installation (June 8-9)…read moretook 4 days due to severe crew delays. Per sales manager's request "don't disturb contractors", we tried to be respectful homeowners and stay out of the crew's way. We ordered Pizza, fruits and drinks for them on Day 2 noon to appreciate their hard-working in the hot weather. Following heavy rain on Night 2, we inspected the site early Day 3 and discovered every delivered window was 1.5 to 3 inches shorter than specified in the signed contract. These 1 inch above gaps were only filled by foams. The size of gaps violate the Ontario Building Code and National Building Code of Canada (NBC) and the standard CAN/CSA-A4404.4 (Window, Door, and Skylight Installation). It leads to various concerns on weather exposure, structure, house exterior looks and etc. The crew's lateness directly exposed our home to storm damage. On Day 3, the installer arrived 4.5 hours late with incorrect interior trims. On Day 4, they arrived 2.5 hours late. When heavy rain started at 4 PM, making exterior trim installation impossible for two windows, the crew refused our requests to apply temporary weather seals. In total, 6 windows were ever left unprotected across 3 days of thunderstorms. On Day 4, we halted the project to hire an independent inspector, leaving 5 windows incomplete (including the 2 missing exterior trims). In response, the sales verbally threatened us over the phone on Day 4, and another representative, sent a threatening demand letter for full payment in the evening of Day 4. Neither of Windowtech employees ever visited our property to inspect the incorrect window sizing or the storm exposure before issuing these threats. We were left to deal with protecting two windows exteriors ourselves in a rush before the next rain comes on June 14th. We have to cancel planned father's day activities and summer trips because of the situation.
