He told us that he had to send us a quote via email. That was strange as everyone that came after him gave us a quote on the spot. He told us he would send the quote the next day and he was going to drop off a sample of the color sample as well, as he lives very close to us. The next day he did not show up. The quote was never sent. We have not hear from him since we saw him at our house. Very unprofessional!!! What a waste of time! I guess Brock Windows and Steve Matika don't care about quotes, sales and good customer service!!! We got a great quote elsewhere and we are getting our new door installed next month! Thanks for nothing Steve and Brock Windows and Doors!!! What a wonderful prctice for your potential new customers!

Super efficient, they had the 3 windows done in less than 3 hours!! I could hear them as they worked, and they were having fun, joking and laughing. I heard horror stories about the general price for windows. I got 2 quotes for different styles: regular sliders and awning style. I went with the awning ones, which were not much more than slider, and still less than what I expected. I will definitely use them again when it's time to replace the downstairs windows! They look fabulous, and I love the unobstructed views!!
