I made a comment in an email so I had to be pre-better by telephone the day before the appointment to make sure that I understood their prices, and was prepared to pay. I would never work with these people. They think Hunter Douglas is such a superior product when in my experience, it is not. Just try exercising a lifetime warranty. Maybe the snobbish lady just has a bad personality, then she shouldn't be in sales. I will spend my 3000 elsewhere.

He calmly explained that his pricing reflects the quality and materials, and that at the other price point, the materials being promised usually can't actually be delivered, or corners get cut somewhere. We still went with the cheaper option. But after about three months, the LED lights on our TV wall stopped working, and that's when we called Puneet again. He fixed it and also installed a WiFi switch, something we didn't even know was possible. After that, we got our bedroom wall done by Puneet. And looking back, that $1,000 difference felt like it was worth way more. The value and finish we got from Puneet easily felt like a $3,000 difference across both walls.
