Used this company to shingle my roof. Everyone, from Sean…read more our sales rep., to the installers, to the site manager...all were fantastic to deal with. The site manager arrived at around 6:15am....explained the days process, asked if I had any concerns, then began the prep process. Fortunately, Sean had called the day before and requested the driveway be clear of vehicles and that any planters, etc. be moved away from the house....so they're pretty good at communicating things along the way. The installers arrived at around 7:00am and commenced stripping the old shingles. Everything was done by 4:00pm...and the clean-up was fantastic. The company does a magnetic clean-up, to catch any errant nails and then cleaned so thoroughly that hardly a trace of them being here was found. The site manager walked around my house and asked if I wanted to inspect the clean up myself. Even when Sean arrived to pick up the payment, he reminded me to be careful with my pets (dogs) after the first rainfall as some nails may have been missed. Excellent personal touch. While they weren't the cheapest quote I got, I felt comfortable dealing with Sean and the timeline presented seemed reasonable. He was knowledgable about the product I wanted and was patient when I pushed back the installation date to accommodate a last minute trip. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

We couldn't be happier with the results. From the initial quote with Dmitri (which was extremely competitive compared to other companies we looked at), to the final cleanup the team was highly professional, punctual, and communicative. They started the job on time, finished faster than we expected, and kept the work area incredibly clean. The new roof looks fantastic, and the final price matched the estimate with no hidden surprises. I highly recommend these extremely hard working guys to anyone looking for reliable roofing work!!

When the roof was completed in 2022, I immediately contacted the company because the shingles were crooked and hung unevenly off the edge of our house. It looked sloppy, and I wasn't happy with the quality of the work, so I left an honest negative review. The company responded and said they would come back to fix it. Instead of properly correcting the workmanship, they simply cut off the overhanging shingles. We later discovered that the cut pieces, along with other roofing debris, had been left inside our ventilation system, causing additional damage, cleanup, and expenses that we had to deal with ourselves. To make matters worse, we found hundreds of roofing nails scattered throughout our driveway, yard, gardens, and around our home after the job was completed. This created a serious safety hazard for our family, our pets, and our vehicle tires. A professional roofing company should take the time to thoroughly clean up after a job. The roof still looks poorly finished, and what should have been a straightforward repair ended up creating even bigger problems. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this company. We paid a significant amount of money expecting quality workmanship and professionalism, but instead we were left with a poorly finished roof, debris in our ventilation system, hundreds of nails around our property, and additional costs to fix problems that never should have happened. Please do your research before trusting this company with your home.

Do not be fooled by this company's name or high rating. When things go wrong, their operation…read moredemonstrates a total lack of accountability, basic ethics, and ironically, a complete LACK OF INTEGRITY. They dispatched an unsupervised subcontractor to repair a roof leak at my home. It was an absolute disaster. Using sub-standard materials and atrocious workmanship, he actively made the leak worse--all while manipulating me into paying nearly $1,000 for useless "repairs". When the leak immediately flooded again, the subcontractor tried to extort more money from me, blamed me for his failure, and aggressively pressured me to grant him entry to my home. When another company representative finally inspected the damage, he explicitly admitted the subcontractor's work was completely improper and revealed they had been forced to fire him due to a string of client complaints. Despite sending a rogue contractor who caused further damage, management took zero responsibility. The unaddressed breach forced me to pay thousands out of pocket to have the entire roof replaced by a competent contractor. Worst of all is their cowardice in customer service. A representative promised to discuss my reasonable request for reimbursing the wasted $950 and get back to me. They completely stonewalled me and never called back. Leaving a retired senior out of pocket for a disaster of their own creation and then ghosting them is disgraceful. Operating under the name "Integrity" while abandoning customers the moment a mistake is made is pure hypocrisy. Look elsewhere.

I've helped on a few jobs in my younger days and I know what a good job looks like, and this was perfect. I think when a company knows its stuff, they can work efficiently and quickly. I've hired other companies with a bigger crew and they took 3 to 4 days. They also added extra metal vents One other thing. They made sure the neighbours were not inconvenienced. That was important because our houses are close together. I have no problem at all recommending them to anybody. Thanks so much

It was May and of course most of people were telling me that the earliest availability even for the estimate was in July. So we were looking at the end of August the earliest to have it done. That was until I came across CoverAll Roofing. They are located pretty close to our home and were so responsive and nice to deal with that I had no doubt we would be going with them. Having read all the reviews here and on google (all 10/10) only reinforced my confidence. I think we got a pretty decent price from these guys, considering the quality of the material and the job that was done. They also changed some ply wood and did not charge much for this additional work. Everything was done as agreed, on schedule and within one day! I had made a mistake with colour selection but guys were nice enough to change the material after it was delivered. In other words, we are extremely happy about everything - quality of work, material and service, which also matters a lot these days. George and Mark are great guys and I strongly recommend them as the best roofing company around. Thank you guys!
