I've hired other companies with a bigger crew and they took 3 to 4 days. They also added extra metal vents One other thing. They made sure the neighbours were not inconvenienced. It was May and of course most of people were telling me that the earliest availability even for the estimate was in July. So we were looking at the end of August the earliest to have it done. That was until I came across CoverAll Roofing. They are located pretty close to our home and were so responsive and nice to deal with that I had no doubt we would be going with them. Having read all the reviews here and on google (all 10/10) only reinforced my confidence. I think we got a pretty decent price from these guys, considering the quality of the material and the job that was done. They also changed some ply wood and did not charge much for this additional work. Everything was done as agreed, on schedule and within one day! I had made a mistake with colour selection but guys were nice enough to change the material after it was delivered. In other words, we are extremely happy about everything - quality of work, material and service, which also matters a lot these days. George and Mark are great guys and I strongly recommend them as the best roofing company around. Thank you guys!

He was friendly, knowledgeable and gave us 3 suggestions and prices of shingles. He gave us an approximate installation date, dependant on weather. The work was completed a week after that date because of the frequency of rain, but he kept us up to date during that time. His crew arrived on time and completed the job quickly and professionally. We were very impressed with how friendly all of them were and how well they cleaned up after themselves. We highly recommend Ajax Roofing and in fact have referred them to a friend who is in need of a new roof. He and his team were completely professional and did an outstanding job and it was done quickly. He was able to drop off colour samples of the shingles at our request and was extremely helpful and honest in answering our questions, more specifically we decided to get our eavestrough and fascia and when we talked to him about it, he told us upfront he didn't do it and said most roofers upcharge and subcontract it out anyway. This was later verified by another company we had quote as well. He did offer his eavestrough contact and his referral was spot on. We will not hesitate to recommend Caleb and Ajax Roofing to anyone who needs a reference or is simply looking for reviews.

They were the only one that didn't upsell into more than what was needed. They arrive on time and have worked together for years. They are polite and keep the jobsite clean. BEWARE!! DO NOT HIRE!! ZERO STARS IF I COULD!…read more All please beware of this company! If you are looking to have your roof done please DO NOT hire these guys. They are a fly by night company that will not satisfy you. Their workmanship is terrible and even worst is their customer service. After dealing with squirrels in my attic and hiring a wildlife company to get them out and install protection to the entire house I proceeded to get my attic insulation removed and replaced. i then decided to get my roof done due to the damage. I met with Crystal and explained the entire situation including the squirrels and protection. I was very clear that the protection was to be put back or left in place. I was not willing to risk the squirrels getting back in after spending almost $800 on pest control. There was a lot of "yes sirs" and "we'll take care of it" talk but in the end it turned out they didn't replace the pest control measures and the squirrels got back in! I had to spend another $800 to do it all over again. When I went back to Crystal she flat out told me it wasn't their problem. She even sent me a doctored photo of my house before the new roof was installed where she photoshopped out the mesh over the vents! I of course had photos clearly showing the protection in place and sent them it to her. she did not respond. She then proceeds to tell me that the guys that did the work did not see the protection and that I didn't tell them to put it back. As if it was my responsibility to manage her crew. These are the same guys that left the back of my house a complete disaster by leaving all the garbage behind, broke the motion light at the soffit by the front of the house and didn't even collect payment at the end of the job. It was dark by the time they finished and I was dealing with my kids as they were cleaning up. I came out to see if they were done as it got very quite. Turns out they they were in such a hurry to get out of there they did even remember to get paid. I had to call Crystal and have them sent back to make payment. Thats right I had to call them back to get paid!
