Do not be fooled by this company's name or high rating. When things go wrong, their operation demonstrates a total lack of accountability, basic ethics, and ironically, a complete LACK OF INTEGRITY. They dispatched an unsupervised subcontractor to repair a roof leak at my home. It was an absolute disaster. Using sub-standard materials and atrocious workmanship, he actively made the leak worse--all while manipulating me into paying nearly $1,000 for useless "repairs". When the leak immediately flooded again, the subcontractor tried to extort more money from me, blamed me for his failure, and aggressively pressured me to grant him entry to my home. When another company representative finally inspected the damage, he explicitly admitted the subcontractor's work was completely improper and revealed they had been forced to fire him due to a string of client complaints. Despite sending a rogue contractor who caused further damage, management took zero responsibility. The unaddressed breach forced me to pay thousands out of pocket to have the entire roof replaced by a competent contractor. Worst of all is their cowardice in customer service. A representative promised to discuss my reasonable request for reimbursing the wasted $950 and get back to me. They completely stonewalled me and never called back. Leaving a retired senior out of pocket for a disaster of their own creation and then ghosting them is disgraceful. Operating under the name "Integrity" while abandoning customers the moment a mistake is made is pure hypocrisy. Look elsewhere. read more

Beware: Unpleasant experience, misleading offers and poor service They initially offered a verbal discount, which was later disputed and not honored in the final contract. Attributed this to "miscommunication". With them, get every word in writing. Project Management Issues: Lack of communication, project delays, poor scheduling (work done at night hours) and inadequate waste removal. Quality Control Problems: The initial work was subpar, requiring additional repairs soon after completion. #ContractorReviews #RenovationProblems #HomeRepair #RoofingProblems #ContractorProblems #ServiceReview #UnreliableService read more

So I am not happy because our grandmother's roof repair was attempted multiple times by this company, and the roof continues to leak. Moreover, they left roofing trash on my property, so they failed to walk around and ensure they picked up all the roofing nails. Imagine grandchildren stepping on large roofing nails. read more

Integrity roofers are top notch! Skilled, trustworthy, professional, solution based and a pleasure to work with. I had used Integrity roofers over the years for roof repairs and they were prompt, professional and the work was excellent. When I was preparing my house for a sale they were my go to and were invaluable. They fit me into their busy schedule and went above and beyond in their work. They did eaves trough, down pipe and soffit and facia. At the last minute I changed the colour of the trough and they accommodated my change. Their work was impressive and the attention to detail was outstanding. I give them 10 out of 10! You will be very happy with their work! read more

Meet the Business Owner: Shay Barat B.

Immersed in an industry where quality control in Ontario remains unregulated, Shay made the decisions to open his own company whereby every detail would be overseen and accounted for by certified professionals, so as to ensure the highest level of skill and satisfaction in a field where dissatisfaction is not uncommon. Knowing that the market could use "more light in what can be a dark industry," Integrity Roofers was founded with the intention of going the extra mile to ensure 100% satisfaction of every single client."Thirty to forty percent of our business involves repairing work that has been done by other companies within the last ten years! Knowing we can do it right for our clients from the outset combined with a continual striving for excellence is why I get up in the morning eager to do what I do."

The site manager arrived at around 6:15am....explained the days process, asked if I had any concerns, then began the prep process. Fortunately, Sean had called the day before and requested the driveway be clear of vehicles and that any planters, etc. be moved away from the house....so they're pretty good at communicating things along the way. The installers arrived at around 7:00am and commenced stripping the old shingles. Everything was done by 4:00pm...and the clean-up was fantastic. The company does a magnetic clean-up, to catch any errant nails and then cleaned so thoroughly that hardly a trace of them being here was found. The site manager walked around my house and asked if I wanted to inspect the clean up myself. Even when Sean arrived to pick up the payment, he reminded me to be careful with my pets (dogs) after the first rainfall as some nails may have been missed. Excellent personal touch. While they weren't the cheapest quote I got, I felt comfortable dealing with Sean and the timeline presented seemed reasonable. He was knowledgable about the product I wanted and was patient when I pushed back the installation date to accommodate a last minute trip. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Very disappointing experience with Roofing Monkeys…read more Work was poorly done -- the sun tunnel was installed incorrectly, the could not even match the opening in the ceiling with the opening in the roof after doing it twice. It leaked almost immediately, and workers caused damage to my walls, staircase, ceiling and trim. They also left a mess behind (debris and shingles were swept into flowerbeds). The gutter work is still not finished to this day, even though I paid for it and it was clearly included in the quote. I gave them multiple chances to fix everything before writing this review, but I've now gone months without any response with multiple followups. The crew was unprofessional -- some workers didn't speak English, misrepresented work being done, and were openly speaking negatively in Spanish in front of me. Christian was also extremely rude and dismissive. Overall: poor workmanship, damaged property, incomplete work, and zero accountability. Would not recommend.
