Braiden won't return calls or texts and left me with a leaking roof that has ruined my ceilings inside. All my lights flooded after the first rain and damage all over my ceilings. He is a total scammer !!! Do not trust anything he says. A total scam artist. I am initiating a police report now. Hopefully nobody else gets scammed by this lying lowlife. Beware !!!!!

Their quote was very competitive. Their professionalism was top notch, the roofs both look great and they are just really nice guys. They worked quickly and cleaned up every last bit of the old roof. You'd never know they were there other than the beautiful new roofs! I highly recommend Braidon and his crew:)

Very disappointing experience with Roofing Monkeys…read more Work was poorly done -- the sun tunnel was installed incorrectly, the could not even match the opening in the ceiling with the opening in the roof after doing it twice. It leaked almost immediately, and workers caused damage to my walls, staircase, ceiling and trim. They also left a mess behind (debris and shingles were swept into flowerbeds). The gutter work is still not finished to this day, even though I paid for it and it was clearly included in the quote. I gave them multiple chances to fix everything before writing this review, but I've now gone months without any response with multiple followups. The crew was unprofessional -- some workers didn't speak English, misrepresented work being done, and were openly speaking negatively in Spanish in front of me. Christian was also extremely rude and dismissive. Overall: poor workmanship, damaged property, incomplete work, and zero accountability. Would not recommend.

After several days and many calls, a rep from RM showed up and recommended roof cables and said he wud send someone to clear the ice jam. They never showed up or returned my calls. I called another firm to remove the ice jam and they said they saw several problems w/the new roof and provided photos. Plus they said the roofing cables are ill advised , esp for the amount of snow we're getting in Toronto. I would not recommend roofing Monkeys to anyone.

When the roof was completed in 2022, I immediately contacted the company because the shingles were crooked and hung unevenly off the edge of our house. It looked sloppy, and I wasn't happy with the quality of the work, so I left an honest negative review. The company responded and said they would come back to fix it. Instead of properly correcting the workmanship, they simply cut off the overhanging shingles. We later discovered that the cut pieces, along with other roofing debris, had been left inside our ventilation system, causing additional damage, cleanup, and expenses that we had to deal with ourselves. To make matters worse, we found hundreds of roofing nails scattered throughout our driveway, yard, gardens, and around our home after the job was completed. This created a serious safety hazard for our family, our pets, and our vehicle tires. A professional roofing company should take the time to thoroughly clean up after a job. The roof still looks poorly finished, and what should have been a straightforward repair ended up creating even bigger problems. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this company. We paid a significant amount of money expecting quality workmanship and professionalism, but instead we were left with a poorly finished roof, debris in our ventilation system, hundreds of nails around our property, and additional costs to fix problems that never should have happened. They were very professional and completed the job in an hour and twenty minutes. Thanks to Colin and his crew I no longer have water dripping down and forming a very icy entry to our home.
