All communication was done through Yelp msg, emailed estimate holds true, outside of the unpredictable, I am happy with the colour i chose, the product, and the warranty.

It leaked almost immediately, and workers caused damage to my walls, staircase, ceiling and trim. They also left a mess behind (debris and shingles were swept into flowerbeds). The gutter work is still not finished to this day, even though I paid for it and it was clearly included in the quote. I gave them multiple chances to fix everything before writing this review, but I've now gone months without any response with multiple followups. The crew was unprofessional -- some workers didn't speak English, misrepresented work being done, and were openly speaking negatively in Spanish in front of me. Christian was also extremely rude and dismissive. Overall: poor workmanship, damaged property, incomplete work, and zero accountability. Would not recommend.

After several days and many calls, a rep from RM showed up and recommended roof cables and said he wud send someone to clear the ice jam. They never showed up or returned my calls. I called another firm to remove the ice jam and they said they saw several problems w/the new roof and provided photos. Plus they said the roofing cables are ill advised , esp for the amount of snow we're getting in Toronto. I would not recommend roofing Monkeys to anyone.

They dispatched an unsupervised subcontractor to repair a roof leak at my home. It was an absolute disaster. Using sub-standard materials and atrocious workmanship, he actively made the leak worse--all while manipulating me into paying nearly $1,000 for useless "repairs". When the leak immediately flooded again, the subcontractor tried to extort more money from me, blamed me for his failure, and aggressively pressured me to grant him entry to my home. When another company representative finally inspected the damage, he explicitly admitted the subcontractor's work was completely improper and revealed they had been forced to fire him due to a string of client complaints. Despite sending a rogue contractor who caused further damage, management took zero responsibility. The unaddressed breach forced me to pay thousands out of pocket to have the entire roof replaced by a competent contractor. Worst of all is their cowardice in customer service. A representative promised to discuss my reasonable request for reimbursing the wasted $950 and get back to me. They completely stonewalled me and never called back. Leaving a retired senior out of pocket for a disaster of their own creation and then ghosting them is disgraceful. Operating under the name "Integrity" while abandoning customers the moment a mistake is made is pure hypocrisy. Look elsewhere.

I've helped on a few jobs in my younger days and I know what a good job looks like, and this was perfect. I think when a company knows its stuff, they can work efficiently and quickly. I've hired other companies with a bigger crew and they took 3 to 4 days. They also added extra metal vents One other thing. They made sure the neighbours were not inconvenienced. That was until I came across CoverAll Roofing. They are located pretty close to our home and were so responsive and nice to deal with that I had no doubt we would be going with them. Having read all the reviews here and on google (all 10/10) only reinforced my confidence. I think we got a pretty decent price from these guys, considering the quality of the material and the job that was done. They also changed some ply wood and did not charge much for this additional work. Everything was done as agreed, on schedule and within one day! I had made a mistake with colour selection but guys were nice enough to change the material after it was delivered. In other words, we are extremely happy about everything - quality of work, material and service, which also matters a lot these days. George and Mark are great guys and I strongly recommend them as the best roofing company around. Thank you guys!

Their estimate offered us a reasonable price on a workable timetable, and to their great credit they stuck to the terms of the estimate throughout the process, even when they would have been well within their rights to add on surcharges for work discovered after the shingles were taken up. Work was completed successfully, and on-time, and, having waited a few rainstorms to write this review (one likes to be sure), I have no complaints. It may be a small thing, but the most important thing to me was the willingness of W Roofing to work with me to amend the terms of the standard contract to protect the particular needs of my household. A number of other companies approached for estimates were not willing to do so, and it meant a lot that they were willing to adapt to the particular liability concerns that we expressed.

Two months later, we got the same problem and I called and asked them to return my money and they refused. They are a rip off company and their price is based on the price of your house. I wish I could sue them but unfortunately I paid cash to them. They were from my own country.
