She offered a free panel cleaning, which she set up internally and had their team come out this past Friday without issue. Since the cleaning the panels have been much better performing especially after these past few weeks of misting and rain, about 25% higher output. I didn't think much of it but I get now it's worth doing to get the most out of the panels. Overall a very good response and experience with OC specifically for this issue. I feel that they do want to stand out from the crowd and responding proactively to feedback gives me more confidence they'll take care of issues as they hear about them.

In mid-August our system stopped producing power. We didn't find out until our utility bill came in roughly $600 higher than normal. Since then, we've sent multiple emails and submitted a service request with no response. I finally reached someone by phone and, after escalating to a manager, they committed to sending a technician today at 4pm. No one showed up and no one called. When we call back, we sit on hold, get an auto response we're being transferred to customer support, and then the line goes silent before we are ultimately sent to a voicemail service. A 25-year installation warranty means nothing if the company won't answer the phone or show up. Every day our system is down costs us money. If you're considering OC Solar, ask hard questions about how they handle service after the sale. I'll update this review if they make it right.

I wanted to share my recent wonderful experience with my recent service visit with Infinity Solar…read more I purchased my system in 2024 (detailed review also done); during this time, my solar generation has been absolutely wonderful, and sized perfectly by Kay. My electric bill is essentially free over all of 2025 and this year. Some months have a $10 dollar bill, other months negative depending on how sunny each day is. I have had zero issues whatsoever and system works like clockwork. The installation over my tile roof, done through Terrazas roofing, partnered with Solar has also been top notch with zero issues with multiple major storms last year. I would say i was 110% satisfied with my decision to go solar and with Infinity solar. Fast forward to 2026. A series of recent power outages resulted in no power in my home. My initial thinking was that my system should have generated power with a fully charged battery during this outage. After calling Infinity, it was relayed that my system per contract was only set up for load shifting by design, lowering cost which I had decided on. After discussing 2 options to allow for backup power generation, i decided to proceed with the upgrade. Throughout the process, the entire team supported me exceptionally, starting with Sara who stepped in to help speak to me when the service department was not available at the time. As i did'nt understand my contract fully,, i reached out to Kay in sales, whom i did not speak to in 2 years, who really went above and beyond to explain to me in full detail how my system was set up, and options i had to upgrade. Kay treated me like family. I was so appreciative of her kind approach. She helped coordinate a technical call with Joel to fully answer all my technical questions. Once i decided i was comfortable with to proceed with the upgrade, the service team took over, with Vanessa and Brianna helping me schedule my service. Vanessa and Brianna work tremendously well together; super friendly, pleasant, professional and helpful. I requested looking into a couple options which Vanessa followed up on and accommodated without hesitation. A straight forward and exact quote was provided on Thursday. Their service and help was fantastic and greatly appreciated. Upon approving my quote on Thursday, my service was completed on the following Tuesday, much faster than I expected. Upgrade was performed by Ivan, electrician specialist. Ivan also initially setup my system in 2024. His expertise is perhaps, in my view, the finest in the industry. I felt very fortunate and appreciative knowing i hd my system in the best hands. He spent about 3 hours working on my system, explaining all the steps. Work performed was tremendous. Ivan patiently answering all my questions on some of the system parameters forgotten over the past 2 years. System was up and running and verified to work fully with a simulated power outage performed through the fuse box, and through the app. I was thrilled to now have backup power during outages. Billing and final payment was as quoted and super easy. In closing, the real mark of any business is how you are treated after the job is complete. My belief is that Infinity solar lives up to their reputation of being an exceptional 5 star company providing high expertise solar services through all phases of a project; sales, installation, commission, operational life, and post installation services. In a business of fraught with fly by night companies, Infinity Solar is a true gem. Solar done right with integrity, highest expertise, and exceptional, prompt service when called on. When we purchased our solar system from Infinity Solar in 2017, the installation process was great, and we genuinely felt they went above and beyond. We were extremely pleased with our experience and had no hesitation recommending them. Unfortunately, fast-forward several years, and our experience has been completely different. Recently, one of our inverters stopped working. Given that our contract includes a 25-year warranty covering workmanship, labor, and certain equipment, we naturally reached out to Infinity Solar expecting them to stand behind their warranty. Instead, we were told we would have to pay $550 just for someone to come out and assess the problem, followed by additional hourly labor charges for however long the repair would take. When we questioned why we were being charged these fees despite our warranty, the owner, Tim, explained that we lived too far away, that the business wasn't doing well financially, and that it essentially wasn't worth it for him to send someone out. He even mentioned that they were considering closing the business altogether. Needless to say, we were shocked and extremely disappointed by this response. We trusted this company with a significant investment, in part because of the extensive warranties they offered. To now be told that servicing our system isn't worthwhile to them because of their financial situation and our location is incredibly frustrating. Ultimately, we hired another company that came out and repaired our inverter for just $300--less than what Infinity wanted to charge simply to diagnose the problem. It's unfortunate because our initial experience was genuinely positive. However, a company's true commitment to its customers isn't just demonstrated during the sale and installation, but in how it stands behind its products and warranties years later. A 25-year warranty means very little if the company is unwilling to honor it when you actually need service. I sincerely hope Infinity Solar reconsiders how it treats its existing customers. Based on our recent experience, I can no longer recommend them, particularly to anyone placing value on their long-term warranty promises.

They were incredible from start to finish and truly went above and beyond. What impressed me most was that their service didn't stop once the job was completed. After everything was finished, they followed up and helped our tenants get their solar credits activated and made sure everything was working the way it should. Incredible people, excellent communication, and a company that genuinely cares about its customers even after the job is done. This is as good as it gets. They were always available to answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with our electricians whenever something came up. Because they knew our system inside and out, they were able to jump in quickly and help keep the project on track. Having that history with our home made a huge difference, and their professionalism and responsiveness took a lot of stress out of what was otherwise a complicated project -- all without having to break the bank. They are extremely fair with their pricing. It's one thing to do a good installation, but it's another to still be supporting your customers more than a decade later. SunPower is Top Tier in performance. I've had my experience with a previous dealer than went out of business, but we won't get into those details. Synrg Solar / Sean Demarinis you are dealing with Sunpower. Synrg/Sean Demarinis is to the point and will get your Solar System spec'd out to your needs. Installation will be completed by Sunpower Employees not a sub-contractor. Throughout this process Synrg Solar / Sean will keep you updated on your progress in regards to updates on parts and city permits. We met Sean in Oct/Nov 2022. After many discussions and price comparisons, nobody came close to Synrg Solar/Sean pricing. We signed the documents and were set to go forward. Installation took 1 day for 15 panels. Sunpower crew started 7am and completed by sunset. My system is a little different than others. This is an additional solar system (2 Solar Systems) on my residence with 2 Tesla Batteries. Cash purchase which will give you the cheapest price quote. There were some little issues in regards to monitoring due to the 2 seperate solar systems, but was all rectified. You can always go directly to Sunpower by calling the 1-800 numbers, but I cannot guarantee you'll get personalized service updates of your project as I did with Synrg Solar/ Sean. I wanted this system in-place up and running before NEM 3.0 took effect and also take advantage of the Federal tax credit of 30% . I give Synrg Solar 5 stars for the service that was provided. Their representative repeatedly assured me in writing that there were "no upfront fees or deposit required" and agreed to prepare contingency language allowing me to cancel without penalty if the funding was insufficient. After months of follow-ups, delays, and waiting for management to finalize the paperwork, I was suddenly informed that the company had implemented a "new process" requiring a non-refundable $1,000 payment before they would process the application, engineering review, or other preliminary work.

Everyone was extremely professional and patient as I asked a million questions. Their price was more than fair as I found some places as much as 50% more, for the same products. Check around on same equipment to feel comfortable with pricing, but know that when it comes to design, permitting and quality install, Solar Optimum gets it right. And now they've sent us to their lawyer as if it's my fault they never answered me. Lawyer also doesn't respond but did threaten more charges in the letter.
