I came in after I had booked a curly cut online which claimed that it would also come with like a personalized product referral, but I did not get any of that. Yes, I did come in with my hair brushed out, but that should not change how my hair is cut since she did cut it wet. When I said my hair is normally curlier than this I was responded with yea I can see a slight wave, and proceeded to not cut my hair in a curly way. Why offer a curly hair cut if you don't know how to deal with curly hair, probably should change the list of services you offer. Afterwards I barely got any product out in my hair since I didn't want to put heat on it and I ended up going home and having to redo it. My hair looks so choppy and the sides seem uneven. The price also seems outrageous for a rushed sloppy job. Never getting my hair cut here again.

I tried to schedule my annual skin check (multiple family members with melanoma) and was refused care. I offered to pay cash for the visit, knowing that I could submit to insurance after the fact. They treated me like garbage - rude, condescending. I had a short window of time before I returned to a very busy schedule and I wanted to get my exam in before hand. I even tried reaching out to the office manager to no avail. I am a provider myself and have learned that the front office staff is a direct reflection of the providers in the back. This was about seven years ago - for some reason they have decided to add me to their mailing list for their spa and I have asked politely three times now to please be removed. I have clicked on the unsubscribe button each time that I get their spam, but again this morning yet another ad to try to get me to come back in. Nope.
